Louis Baker, the Audi employee we dealt with throughout, was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, readily available for queries and friendly.
Nothing was too much trouble and he has a “can do” attitude when faced with any queries we had.
I can absolutely recommend both the dealership but especially Louis.
The other staff we came into contact with were welcoming and helpful.

Service was easy to book. Kept informed about progress throughout the service. Work completed to a high standard and on time. Staff very helpful and professional. Excellent complimentary coffee provided whist working. Overtime a great experience and no unexpected costs.

I bought my first Audi here. The experience was brilliant! There was no pressure, no negative speak about my previous car.
Tom worked with me, all of the staff were encountered were lovely but I can't speak highly enough of Tom.
He was highly contactable throughout the process and fab to work with!
I don't want to get into the habit of buying cars but if I need another in future, I'll be there! 🙂

Seamless experience from start to finish
As a first time Audi owner, I can’t fault the experience I’ve had with Audi Wakefield. I collected my Q5 over the weekend and so far, I’m really happy with it. I was really well looked after by Louis, no pushy sales, easy to get along with and nothing’s too much trouble. The fact that 90% of things can be done via email and message made life easier, 3 showroom visits and I drove my new car away on the 3rd and within a week of my initial visit. Great to get a follow up message today to see how I was getting along! Louis is an asset to Audi Wakefield! 😊

We we recently purchased our Audi from Tom.
Tom was very attentive, listened and helped with what we wanted right down to extras. During the process we were regularly kept up to date with e mails of how things were proceeding.
Tom is an asset to the company and after visiting a few Audi franchises we would definitely return and recommend to Wakefield.

Terrible experience
I chose a car from Wakefield Audi and all seemed good, until I found out it was sent off site to be prepared by someone who was not an Audi technician. I came to collect the car and when viewing it before signing the paperwork I noticed lots of marks on the paintwork but unfortunately Wakefield Audi refused to polish the car so I refused it. Now they seem to be refusing to give me my refundable deposit back after several emails and a visit in to the dealership 6 weeks later, I still don't have my deposit back.
In my opinion there no better than a back street garage.

AVOID. Bought a car that had already been sold.
I purchased a Q5 in the Audi Wakefield showroom. Test drove, signed the contract, £1000 deposit left only to receive a call 48hrs later to say the car had been sold a couple of hours before I bought it. Offered an unacceptable alternative. They will not look at Audi UK stock, only franchise stock and told that it could take a while to find an alternative car. Car still listed on the website 48 hours after being sold (twice!)

Where do I start.Phoned Wakefield Audi to buy an Audi rs6 got speaking to Laim the sales man who said he needed to check if the car was still available. He came back to me 1 hour and 4 mins later to say yes car is available and asked for a deposit on the car so paid £1000 deposit and all was fine I was waiting on a Video coming through and a time I could pick the car up as I was booking flights needless to say no video came so next morning came and called looking to speak to Laim but very conveniently, he was on annual leave then a few moments later I receive a call from James the new car sales manager to advise me that they had sold the car to someone else even though I had paid a deposit and entered a contract to purchase the car the previous day and the car was still available . This is a shocking way to conduct business then for Jame to offer me a different car a year older and double the miles for the same price is laughable also when I told them I was going to leave a review they asked me not to basically telling me sorry asking me to tell lies and still not received my £1000 deposit back definitely not not be recommending this Audi dealers services as now they won't return my calls absolutely shocking and disgraceful behaviour
