The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I dealt with Martin Allen throughout the process, Martin was very polite and helpful in sourcing virtually the exact car that I was looking for, this was due for delivery a few weeks later. Communication for arranging test drive, keeping me up to date with any slight changes in delivery, etc was great - a really easy, stress free process with no sales pressure.

Very good pre booking communication, excellent personal service on arrival (including a coffee) and very professional hand over at the end. Honestly speaking I have read some concerning reports about Porsche Chester Service but this experience was very good, these are special cars and generally owners are very particular, Porsche Chester handled this unique brand very well.

Awful service. Staff are nice but operationally absolutely shocking. As a family we are so disappointed with how this dealership treats its customers and the whole experience for a premium brand is poor!
This dealership does not represent Porsche well at all

Absolutely shocking customer service, car serviced in March, they noticed play in a suspension component, had to rebook, took nearly 3 months, identified a suspension component required which was covered under warranty, oh we can’t do that now we will need to order it, that was two weeks ago, left various voicemails for a call back and update-still waiting. Basically leaving me with a car that has worn/faulty suspension. Find it unbelievable that it’s takes three visits, time off work, increased mileage and wasted time. Would get better service from Del Boy around the corner

Where do I start. From when I purchased this car Porsche Sytner Group have given NO customer service - from collecting the car that was not set up properly - I had to call Porsche direct to get the code to finish the set up as nobody ever called me back from Sytner. I paid for ceramic (not done when I picked the car up). I had to raise a complaint to eventually get this done as well. Every time you have a problem you have to call about 10 times before you get any service. Latest - took the car for its first MOT, when I got back home, the same evening I noticed the mileage was incorrect on the certificate (correct on the invoice). I notified the garage 9am the next morning. I was told that this was serious and that it would have to be sorted out quickly. The promised to call back from one of the managers. I have called 3 times to speak with a manager, every time I am promised someone will call back. Surprise – 4 days later and still waiting. So, I have an MOT certificate showing 6,000 miles more mileage than the car has done. They don't care - nobody EVER calls you back - so if you have a problem you are on your own. Love the car but would NEVER buy from this garage again. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS AND ALSO CALL ME BACK!!!

My experience with Porsche Chester has been extremely disappointing and falls far below the standards I would expect from a premium brand.
I first reported issues with my vehicle in January. Porsche Chester then had my car for approximately seven weeks, yet the problems remained unresolved. Since then, I have repeatedly requested updates, information and return calls, but these requests have largely been ignored.
Most recently, I was personally assured by management that I would receive a call the following day. Once again, no call was received. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring pattern throughout the entire process – promises made and promises broken.
The most frustrating aspect is not just the unresolved faults, but the complete lack of communication and customer care. When customers spend significant amounts of money on a Porsche, they expect professionalism, accountability and proactive communication. Sadly, that has not been my experience.
After months of delays, unanswered requests and broken commitments, I have lost confidence in Porsche Chester's ability to resolve this matter and have escalated my concerns directly to Porsche GB.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Porsche Chester

Having been a customer of Porsche Chester for 20 years + I left the fold and bought a Mercedes AMG C43 but after 6 months, I realised that there was absolutely no comparison to the Porsche brand so, I decided to investigate a new Porsche. Tommy was as helpful as ever and was able to offer a car which was in stock. I took delivery within a week! Porsche Chester is a great place to do business and I always receive a warm welcome from the capable and friendly staff.
Nothing changed after the acquisition by Sytner and I heartily recommend the dealership.

On arrival to drop my car off, I was greeted by your friendly and professional reception staff. Layla who was my service consultant was very courteous and professional.
Layla is a credit to your company and she exceeded my expectations in the manner she conducted herself in handling the issues I have wih my car.
The showroom as you would expect was spotless with plenty of seating areas and a good supply of refreshments.

Not a very good day for us as car was taking in for MOT and over two years later was told by phone that car had failed due to a tyre with a bubble in when there was less than two months old( didn’t even get shown this bubble in tyre) anyway then I had to get two taxis and three trains home in peak hours. We did so for courtesy car while in for MOT and although this was over three months in advance still no car ( although was told on day the last car was given out in the morning to someone else) 😡 the next day when I went back for car I was asked if I would like to see a manager which I did and I then informed the manager if I should not of been asked this question yesterday and maybe a taxi home

We visited the showroom at Chester to buy a birthday present for my husband, Calum was excellent in helping us find some clothing and other items. A lovely lady on reception made us a coffee while we waited. Great customer service and experience.

Customer service falls well below the standard expected. I left my Panamerra last week, for 3 days, for a service & MOT test clearly stating that I needed the car back to go on a short holiday. On the way to pick the car up, I was phoned to say it would not be ready with no offer of a courtesy car which resulted in me having to make last minute alternative transport arrangements. A complimentary vehicle wash and interior vacuum was offered which I accepted clearly showing on the invoice. This was not carried out when I collected the vehicle. The total invoice was in excess of £3000. Customer service is appalling, I shall not be going back and would not recommend anyone to go to Chester Porsche for servicing or purchase of a new vehicle.

Outstanding VIP experience from start to finish. The team made buying my 911 feel genuinely special. Jack was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about the brand and providing the absolute best customer experience - thank you so much. Simon was outstanding in his support who made the lifetime dream happen - thank you so much too I truly appreciate what you both delivered.
Communication was seamless throughout, and every single detail was handled with care. The handover was exceptional too, I could not be more pleased with the car when it was delivered and this really elevated the whole experience. What a first-class dealership and such a fantastic team— thank you Jack and Simon and Matt and the whole team at Porsche Chester whom I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Porsche.

I had an arranged masterclass with Hannah today together with my son-in-law. She went through the technicalities in the friendliest and most professional way and the whole experience reinforced my view that acquiring a Macan was one of the best decisions I have made. Thank you Hannah.

I’ve received excellent service from my initial sales enquiry through to after-sales support. I’ve purchased three new vehicles from this dealership within the last 12 months and received the same high standard of service every time.

Everything ran to schedule and they even managed to make a special effort to get my car back to me for a specific time so that I could get to the meeting I was worried I would miss.

I was originally able to book a service appointment via the app on 3/4/26, am. This was Good Friday, which I thought was odd, but very convenient for me. I received email confirmation and a text reminder so I assumed all was correct. We turned up at 0830 to find the service centre shut for Easter weekend. I fed this back via the website and received a phone call from a charming Sales Manager, who offered an apology and said he would ask the service team to contact me and make amends.
I went to the showroom on Tuesday 7th April 26 to make a new booking face to face. For reasons unexplained this took over an hour to do. I dropped my vehicle off for service on 10/4 as agreed, this was a tedious, time consuming process as well, why don't you just have a secure 'key drop'? I thought my car was in just for an oil service but a call later that day confirmed it required a major service as well as it is 2 years old. Surely the service team should have known that when I booked it in with them earlier in the week, face to face?
I am totally sick of this place and I'm going back to Porsche centre, Wilmslow, where I have never had any problems with multiple previous cars. The service/admin at Chester just sucks. You are better off travelling the extra 30 miles to Wilmslow.
