Friendly and flexible help, even from distance
I made contact by using the chatbox because I lost the pendant of a necklace that I bought a few years ago. I wore the necklace every day so I asked if they could make it again or if they might have still one in store (it wasn’t available on the website or elsewhere on the internet). The person helped me immediatly and was really friendly and patient!! She found me the last necklace they had with the same pendant and sold it to me. She really made my day.
