Only the appartment rent agency owner, was able to help me. I suggest to make your customers service more Ausländer friendly.

We booked a last minute offer at a great price.
Really happy with the flat, the amenities, the location.
The inconvenient : the cleanliness not ideal, the check-in and check-out organisation, (on the conditions it is written that we can stay until 11, and someone arrived at 10). But it seems that the lady in charge did her best, taken into consideration the conditions.
