Terrible customer service and very unfriendly attitude towards customers.
The system is confusing and poorly designed, and instead of helping, support just blames the customer and refuses to take any responsibility. Very disappointing experience, especially considering how expensive everything already is.

Just impolite and careless driver.
My children and I tried to take the #43 bus from Legoland to the airport at 5:07pm today. We tried to approach the driver to see if we could pay. He opened the rear door but then sped off as we were still standing right next to the bus and attempting to board. People on the bus looked horrified and we were lucky not to have been injured. The one helpful driver we had in no way makes up for this extremely dangerous and unprofessional behavior.
I arrived at Billund airport dying for a pee. I got off the 944X and off I went.
Shortly after I realised in my haste I’d left my luggage in the hold.
I had resigned myself to contacting the bus company and getting my stuff back in 2 weeks when I’d be back.
15 minutes had passed and I glanced outside the airport window. There was the bus - the lovely driver had realised and turned around. What an absolute gentleman! You deserve a pay rise!

Never on Time, absolutely incompetent crew, cannot pay by card in many buses. Looks like ex-soviet company that stayed mentally in 1950's. Truly not recommended
Nearly always late from the start, super bad connections with trains- leaving 2 minutes between the bus departure and the train arrival making it impossible to make it. No buses going to Sønderborg train station and Sønderborg airport. No buses going to Flensburg train station.. The buses change minutes of arrival every time (20:15, 21:20, 22:35). Why so much torture, we just want to use your services???
