Best switching service out there
Alex my advisor was very diligent and thorough. And we changed my policy from BUPA to Axa after BUPA charmingly raised my premium by over £1,000 per year. I've always used Switch as they seem to have a knack for finding me better health insurance deals. So would definitely reccommend them. No fuss or bother just straight talking people.

Avoid all costs when things go wrong
Avoid all costs when things go wrong. They don't stand in your corner. Paid into policy for 6 years. They can offer any help or advice. Basically just left us to it. They recommend vitality which are a s*** company. Don't waste your money.
They're all in bed together making their lovely commission.

We’ve carried out a full check and we cannot identify you as a customer. You are not in our CRM, we have no record of a policy arranged by us in your name, and nothing in your review matches any account we can trace.
Also, our client reviews are normally submitted via a verified link issued after a plan is arranged. Your review appears to be an unverified, organic post, which means there is currently no evidence it relates to a genuine customer experience.
Because of that, we’re requesting that you provide details so we can investigate properly: full name, policy number, insurer, and the date you arranged cover. If you won’t provide that, we will be reporting this review to the platform as misleading and not based on a genuine customer interaction.
For clarity, we do not “leave clients to it” when there’s a claims or service issue. Where we are the appointed broker, we support clients through insurer processes and escalate with the provider when needed, within the limits of what brokers can legally do.
If you are able to evidence you were a client, we will respond in full. If not, we ask you to remove the review immediately.
