I am using the Switchbot Lock Ultra and am extremely happy with the Lock.
Is it perfekt? No but it's a very good bang for your buck.
I've had a Nuki Gen 3 before and this was way louder than the Switchbot.
Keypad (Keypad touch) is working flawlessly.
I would definetely buy this again if I needed to.

I have had a very positive experience when purchasing one of your products. Simple to use and very useful, it has made my life at home more comfortable.

The Meter combined with the SwitchBot Mini has completely revolutionized how I manage my home, in a good way.

I had a problem: whenever I left the house, I was worried my cats might suffer from the heat. So I bought the Meter and paired it with the Mini, setting minimum and maximum temperatures to automatically turn on the air conditioner. Never going back!

On top of that, thanks to the Mini, the air conditioner now turns on and off with Alexa voice commands too.

The only issue was connecting the devices, since at first they couldn't interface with each other, so the initial user experience was a bit complicated. I had to restart the devices several times to get the Mini to recognize the Meter. This might also be partly due to the app, which isn't translated very well into Italian.

In fact, if I could offer a suggestion, I'd propose letting users select the language later on within the app as well, so that if someone doesn't understand things in Italian, they can switch to English.

Ordered a mini hub, meter pro, some thermometers for in- and outdoor use. Till now only received some items which work fine. Hoping to receive my back order soon. Customer service is providing information when asked for.

I've been very pleased with the SwitchBot CO₂ Monitor. The setup was quick and straightforward using the SwitchBot app, and it connected without any problems. Within a few minutes it was up and running and providing readings.

The display is bright, clear and easy to read from across the room. As well as CO₂ levels, it also shows temperature and humidity, making it a useful all-in-one environmental monitor. I particularly like the colour-coded air quality indicator, which makes it easy to see at a glance when the room needs more ventilation.

In day-to-day use it has been reliable and responsive. The CO₂ readings change quickly when people enter the room or when a window is opened, giving me confidence that the sensor is doing its job. Battery life has also been very good so far.

Overall, it's a well-designed monitor that's easy to set up, accurate enough for home use, and has become a useful reminder to improve ventilation when needed. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and dependable CO₂ monitor.

The SwitchBot Battery Fan is brilliant. Versatile and easy to use, even without a smart home connection.

Customer service is friendly and works quickly and reliably.

Definitely not my last SwitchBot product.

I’ve been using the SwitchBot Curtain U-Rail 3 for a few weeks now, and it’s genuinely one of the easiest smart home upgrades I’ve done. Set up took less than five minutes—no tools or tech skills required—and it easily drags my heaviest blackout drapes without struggling. It's surprisingly quiet (especially in QuietDrift mode, which slowly moves the blinds so you barely hear a peep), and the battery life has been fantastic so far. Integrating it with routines so the curtains automatically open with my morning alarm makes it worth every penny.

This review is about the Switchbot IP65 Indoor Outdoor Hygrometer Thermometer Wireless.
It is working perfectly.
Once I've got it, I compared the temp/humidity values it provided with 2 different Govee sensors and another no name one. They were all within 0.4–0.8°C each other at outside temp. at around 17°C and at around 26°C. Humidity was a bit more different but that is Ok. This is good enough for me. I was not expecting (and need) 0.1–0.2°C resolution and accuracy. For that kind of accuracy you'll need to invest into something more substantial.
I'm also not using it the "normal" way. I've built a small R-Pi weather station with the Enviro+ board and I'm using the Switchbot as a reference data source connected via Bluetooth and also correlating it with Open Weather Map's API.
It has been working perfectly outdoors for a month and a half now and the battery has yet to drop from 100%. Note, The Bluetooth connection is only used once in every 15 minutes. I can imagine that if you are constantly monitoring it, that will keep the Bluetooth connection alive, in turn it will drain the battery much faster.
I also use my phone occasionally which connects from about 4 meters from behind a brick wall without issues.
So, all in all I'm very happy with it and will order another one for a different project soon.

I've got quite a few Switchbot smart units connected to my hub, including multiple temp/humidity meters, a thermostat panel, smart radiator thermostats, RGB rope light and even a Switchbot AI pet Kata, named Eric!

All these work flawlessly - the connection seems solid to the hub (even to the outdoor temp sensors) and you get instant notifications when an item needs an update etc.

Their eco system seems well engineered and stable, and there is a wide range of products available including smart locks and button pushers (I'm dying to get my hands on the AI photo frame, I think that will look amazing on my wall!) - even automating your blinds is a cinch with the Switchbot tools

I've spoken to support a couple of times and they've always been quick to answer, knowledgeable and helpful.

Definitely recommend them if you are looking for smart devices that make your life better. 😀

Good products and I like it

Brought a Lock Ultra Vision Combo and it’s really a great lock, easy to install, maintains the possibility to open with the normal key from outside and it really works great. Customer service is responsive and willing to help in case there’s the need.

SwitchBot Hub 3

My husband and I bought the SwitchBot Hub 3 from Lazada, an online shopping platform here in the Philippines, after my husband highly recommended it based on his review of its features.

Since my husband works overseas, I was the one who set it up when it arrived. I was amazed at how easy it was to set up the device, and even installing the app was quick and straightforward.

I was also impressed by all the features it offers. What made me happiest was how our electronic appliances in our room—most of which are operated using remote controls—became so much more convenient to use because we can now control them through our phones, thanks to the SwitchBot Hub 3.

I never thought that appliances without built-in Wi-Fi connectivity could become smart too. We are truly happy with our purchase, and it has definitely made our daily life a little easier.

We're still exploring everything the SwitchBot Hub 3 can do, and we're even more excited for the day we finally get our own Amazon Echo. 😁

I’ve been discovering more and more products from SwitchBot lately, and I have to say I’m genuinely impressed by the brand.

With the recent heat waves, I was looking for a cooling solution without installing an air conditioner. I wanted something compact, stylish, quiet, efficient, and reasonably priced. Once again, SwitchBot delivered exactly what I was looking for.

The fan exceeded my expectations. It’s compact enough to fit almost anywhere, looks great, and provides a surprisingly powerful and natural airflow. Even at maximum speed, it’s impressively quiet. In fact, I find it more enjoyable and effective than some much more expensive premium fans I’ve owned in the past.

One of my favorite features is the built-in battery, which easily lasts throughout the night. It makes the fan truly portable: you can use it in the bedroom, on the terrace, in the garden, or wherever you need it. I also appreciate the flexibility of charging it either with a standard power adapter or via USB-C.

What I really like about SwitchBot is how well everything integrates into their ecosystem. The fan can be controlled with the included remote or directly from the SwitchBot app via Bluetooth, making it simple and convenient to use.

Very good products for your Smart Home. Easy installation and a very nice App. I own 2 Smart Locks and i absolutely convinced!

I have four devices Switchbot connected to the Switchbot Hub Mini. The hub is connected to an Apple TV. All devices (like bulbs Philips Hue), along with their assigned automations, work great. I recommend the devices and look forward to new products.

For years I've been looking for a silent fan. None of them were as silent as the switchbot ! I highly recommend then beside the noise level, it is very nice to use the remote or your smartphone to precisely use it.

Great products, with a great app interface and a very friendly costumer support!
