What they provide is simply nit what they promise.
I would like to share my unfortunate experience with Royal Swiss Auto. I currently hold 4 premium warranty and service contracts with them, which I will definitely not renew due to my deep disappointment with the services provided. What they promise is simply not what they deliver. There is a huge gap between expectations and reality.
It starts with extremely poor customer service. Calls are almost never answered on the first attempt; if you’re lucky, you might reach someone after dozens of tries. There is no proper follow-up regarding services, no reminders for service due dates, and when you send your car in for servicing, no one calls to discuss the work. The car is often returned with the same unresolved issues.
It is also very difficult to get in touch with supervisors or find someone to escalate complaints to. When I contacted the person who originally sold me the contract, his response was: “Sorry, I’m not from operations, please contact the workshop centre.” This lack of accountability is extremely frustrating.
It is disappointing to pay a premium price for what is supposed to be a premium service, only to receive poor service and treatment. I strongly advise others to think twice before signing a service or warranty contract with them, and to ensure they can truly deliver what they promise and what you are paying for.
