🚩 SCAM – AVOID THIS APP 🚩
🚩 SCAM – AVOID THIS APP 🚩
It doesn’t matter if you are a Premium user or using the free plan – the app steals steps, shows incorrect step counts, and often fails to properly credit Sweatcoins. It constantly bugs out, freezes, and becomes almost unusable.
🚩 YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REAL REWARD FOR YOUR STEPS – GUARANTEED.
I have been using this app for 3 years, including 1 full year as a Premium subscriber. During all that time I have not earned a single cent or received any meaningful reward. Meanwhile, the app pushes an insane amount of ads. I have watched up to 100 ads a day just to try to claim Sweatcoins, and many times after watching the ads the app simply glitches and the coins disappear or are never credited.
This app feels designed to waste your time, show you ads, and give nothing in return. The promises sound good, but the reality is constant bugs, inaccurate tracking, and zero real rewards.
🚩 RECOMMENDATION FOR EVERYONE:
Do NOT install this app. It is a complete waste of time and data.
Not enjoying being disappointed so many times
I have been using this app a little over 5 years and accumulated a little 11 thousand Sweatcoin which I believe translates to about 11 million steps, I have tried several of the offers by cashing in Sweatcoin to purchase sadly I have had so many disappointing purchase experiences, and so difficult to communicate that unhappy purchase and no chance of a refund on Sweatcoins lost as if meant to replace cash!
Just an app
It’s just an app I rarely s
Open probably once in few months. Those offers are usually free without the using the app. Moreover, ads are something that left irritation.
Good Concept, Needs to Prove the Payments”
My experience with Walkio has been interesting. I like how the app motivates me to walk more every day. It’s simple to use and keeps track of my steps easily. I’m still waiting to see if the cash-out really works, but so far I enjoy the idea and how it keeps me active.
I never wanted to leave a bad review…
I never wanted to leave a bad review because I truly love this app. However, I was double charged for both the monthly and yearly Sweatcoin Premium plans on the same day (June 2, 2025). I contacted support, provided proof, and they acknowledged the error but directed me to Google for a refund. Google denied the request, stating that refunds for third-party apps are the developer’s responsibility.
To make matters worse, my account reverted back to the free version after the monthly plan expired—meaning I never received access to the yearly plan I was charged for.
Despite multiple follow-ups and sending all required documentation, no solution was provided. This has been a very frustrating experience.
On top of that, I was among the top 100 in their Friends Invite Challenge, yet I never received the promised $10 reward.
Stops counting steps way too often
Stops counting steps way too often. You lose your goal streak. Not worth the aggravation to use.
Folks please calculate your steps! They’ll rip u off!
Folks please calculate your steps! Yesterday Sweatcoin sent me an email stating that I had walked 20,610 steps from February 28- March 6. I knew the calculation didn’t seem right since there were days I had walked over 10,000 steps. So, I added up my steps from those dates and I had taken over 50,000 steps. I then emailed them about the miscalculation. I’m still waiting on a response.

I’ve been using the Sweatcoin app for a while now, but unfortunately, the Boost feature hasn’t been working for months. Despite reaching out to customer support, I haven’t received any response. The bug persists, and as a result, I won’t be renewing my Premium subscription. It’s disappointing as I had high hopes for the app, but the lack of functionality and support has been frustrating. I hope the team can address these issues soon for the sake of its users.

No code sent or recieved
Well, app stoped logging steps, so uninstalled and re-installed. Used phone number log in, sweatcoin stated code has been sent, numerous tries, still no code. Hope I do not lose my 25,000 sweatcoins. No place to contact the app for personal help.
Steps keep being taken away from me
Steps keep being taken away from me. I have even tested by looking at my steps as I am doing them. They will be a certain number when I stop, then after a few minutes I find that I have lost steps, sometimes up to 1k+
When I first paid for premium, I paid twice. They did not refund and they did not use the extra to renew my premium for another year.
Basicly a scam
Basicly a scam. You accumulate "sweat bucks" and can convert them to "sweat crypto" but you can never cash out. Records steps reasonably well but so can many other apps. The never ever respond to support questions. Poorly run scam app.
Lack of customer service
There is no such thing as customer service at Sweatcoin.
Once I bought a necklace from Leo's of London in the sweatcoin app and I didn't receive it so I contacted the Sweatcoin but I've never received any response from them.
Also be careful about Leo's of London after 7 months that I purchased that product I haven't received it yet.
Another example, is I want to receive confirmation email from this company to connect to the Sweat wallet but they don't answer me back.
