DO NOT USE..I should of read reviews before purchase. Ordered a personalised mug it never came and dont respond to emails.
How they can still operate i dont know.

I've rated this 1 only because 0 isn't available, and I wish I'd checked on Trust Pilot before ordering.
My experience echoes so many reviews on here - my order didn't arrive, emailed SWCreations to ask when it would be sent, no reply. Emailed again asking for a delivery date or a refund. Still waiting. Next step is ask my card company to do a charge back and refund my account.
AVOID this company.

Company needs shutting down. No response, no product. Thankfully my bank gave me a refund.

I received an e mail from the SWCreations Team saying "Let Us Know What You Think"

I replied saying I was very disappointed with the quality of the sticker, it would not transfer to the clear layer at all. I sent a photo of a previous one I successfully applied to my kitchen wall, which was of a more superior quality.
They have not even got the decency to reply!

Ordered a wall decal. Nothing received. No apologies. Poor service. No refund. And wall left empty. That's £15 I won't see again.

Absolutely terrible company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order on the 25/06/25 which should have arrived in 5 days. I contacted them on 18/07/25 as still not arrived. I was told my wall sticker was out of stock but would be back in within a couple of days with a promise it would be dispatched. I had no response at all from further emails on the 24th & 25th July.
PayPal have now refunded me in full.
Terrible company, avoid if you do not want to lose your money.

Placed an order for some tote bags as end of year presents for my daughter’s teachers from a collection that I had arranged with other parents, still nothing has arrived and they finish next week! Have messaged the company but no response, after reading all these reviews I now don’t know what to do! Don’t think these bags are ever going to arrive by the sounds of it and it’s not just my money!

This is the second decal company that I've ordered from and received nothing. I ordered a sticker on 21 June (now 9 July) and I haven't received it. I have messaged them online, and nothing. I have just called them from the order confirmation email and there is an automated response saying please call back during normal hours. It was 11.30am when I called. How can these companies take your money and then not send the item. It's THEFT!!!!! I wish I'd looked at reviews on here first after not receiving one from another company, but I didn't expect it to happen again. Out of pocket again 😕.

Update. After I'd posted this review, I put in a claim with PayPal and instantly got my money back.

I wish I’d seen all the bad reviews before I ordered. I ordered a print from my children for Father’s Day 11 days before and it hasn’t arrived. I contacted them 5 days after I ordered as I hadn’t received a dispatched email and they assured me it would be posted and I would receive it before Father’s Day. Well it didn’t arrive and the only reply I’ve had from them since is a generic one saying all Father’s Day orders have been dispatched. Not a sorry your children are disappointed and not a specific reply stating when it was actually dispatched. No chance of getting my money back now either as they never reply, complete rip off company!!

At first I hadn’t received any email saying the order had been dispatched. Caught up with them and they responded with an apology and they were just very busy.
They did promise me it would be delivered by fathers day but it was a day late

Swcreations is an awful company steer well clear . Terrible communication and when you do receive the wall sticker(only because you claim your payment back through PayPal)it doesn’t work . So you contact them for advice and you hear nothing back, now the wall sticker has lost any kind of tackyness. Only for PayPal to see in their favor and claim the money back for them . Do yourself a favor and don’t entertain this company terrible communication and awful products 😡

Awful arrived late and didn’t stick to wall. Avoid at all costs!

Please please please do not order from this company. They are scammers. You will never receive an email back. You will never receive your product and they will never get back in contact with you. You’ll end up having to go to your bank or taking things further to get your money back, shame on them scammers.

Zero communications and very slow. Been waiting for 15 working days (dispatch advised in 10 working days). Have contacted customer services requesting an update with no response

Absolutely awful company! Ordered a wall sticker on the 27th February (they stated delivery would be 10 days). Sent emails chasing delivery and no response. Finally got an email on the 17th March confirming it had been dispatched but still nothing. I have asked my bank for a full refund.

Took forever to be dispatched. Numerous emails sent. No answer until i told then I was going to my bank. They miraculously sent them. When they arrived though although it looked promising no matter what we did it just wouldn't stick to the wall. Thrown away and got a refund through the bank.
Avoid like the plague. Wish I'd seen these before ordering.

Just received my wall decals and absolutely delighted. Exactly what I ordered and pretty much on time. I would happily order again from SW Creations. The reviews made me nervous but really happy with the product and the delivery timeframe. 5 stars.

After waiting weeks for my order when it eventually arrived the plastic was bubbly and impossible to get the letters to stick to it my husband watched the video several times and read the instructions but no matter what he tried letters just did not stick and started creasing up total waste of £41

I think I’m in the same situation as most on here. Ordered on 8th Nov and nothing received to date. Chased on 26/11 to be advised they were busy and my order should be dispatched the next day. Nothing since and the order is still showing as received. If you want a wall sticker without hassle & delay go elsewhere.
