After 4 months of collecting evidence…

After 4 months of collecting evidence for a moving violation that was falsely attributed to my friend (I assisted in her appeal), not only did Southwest Credit never officially notify us, but a phone conversation I ultimately felt the need to make over this past weekend was more than maddening unto itself, to discover the appeal was declined.

It was obvious the case was never truly looked at; being put on hold umpteen times while the gal I chatted with consulted with a supervisor, then another and then who knows who that blew us off - the entire lot of them were absolutely clueless. And that is being kind.

With everything going on in our world right now, one would hope for a little bit of compassion, especially with a great deal of explanation on our part, including documentation from DMV, airline reservations and a concise blow by blow of how it was not possible the violation was my friend's, the company could have let this one go... they did not.

It was as though the affidavit was never looked at, neither the letter explaining the situation was not read, the treatment was cruel and punishing in a way that only mean-spirited people could inflict on others.

I just put a check of $102.70 in the mail to SWC. It is time to move on. Writing this review will matter little to them I am sure, but perhaps someone reading this will get the picture of this absolutely awful company.
