I’ve been buying lenses from this site for a while now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The quality of the lenses is really high — they’re comfortable to wear even for long hours and have never caused me any issues.

Outstanding Products and Reliable Results
In one word: Outstanding! I have tried multiple brands and multiple colors. SWATI really delivered. I am not writing this review after 1 purchase. I have tried different variants to see if the experience would waver or the quality would be different. No such thing. Each color I ordered came with the same comfort and ease of use and each of them with a different but beautiful shade that look so natural on the eyes and yet give great vibrancy in a whole different level. Buy 1 Get 1 Free Promotion Not Honored & No Resolution
I’m writing this review based on a very disappointing experience with Swati.
I placed 2 separate orders on 2 different days, both during the same “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” campaign. This means I should have received a total of 4 boxes of lenses. However, when I received my orders, the free items were missing.
The day after receiving the lenses, I had to travel and didn’t have time to report the issue immediately. When I returned and contacted customer service, I was told that instead of sending the 2 missing boxes, they could offer me a 15% discount code — because the campaign had already ended.
This felt extremely unfair. The original promotion was essentially a 50% value offer, yet they tried to replace it with a 15% discount, which is not comparable at all. Especially considering these were 2 separate orders placed on different days, both within the campaign period.
I asked them to escalate the issue to someone in a higher position and get back to me. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up. It has now been over 2 years, and I never received any resolution.
Because of this experience, I have completely lost trust in the brand. I have not purchased from them again, nor have I recommended their products to friends — even though I used to be asked frequently which lenses I use.
Very disappointing customer service and after-sales support.

After carefully reviewing your case and your previous orders from 2024, I can see that two separate orders were placed, each containing one item. Our “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” campaign required at least two items within the same order for the second item to be automatically included for free. Because each order contained only one item, the system did not qualify them for the promotion, which is why no additional items were included. In this case, the second items were not missing, rather, the orders were unfortunately not eligible for the campaign.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Although significant time has passed, we would still like to make this right. We will review your 2024 orders again, and I will personally follow up with you to address your concern and work toward a solution that you feel satisfied with.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.
