For decades you did a great job
For decades you did a great job: great products, easy to use web site.
Lately, I have been unable to order from you because the web site is down every time I go on to order. It just doesn’t work. My last order was a real lucky break when it worked the day I tried.
This morning I tried to place the order 20-30 times. No way. I finally went over to Amazon and placed an order for exactly what I tried to get from you.
I will be using Amazon from now on because your web site is far too frustrating and it’s been going on several months, maybe a year.

Today is May 11, 2026 and my order for $250+ of your products has been sitting in Phoenix, AZ (about an hours drive from my home) for over a week now. I contacted your customer service several days ago and they said give it until Monday (that is today). It's after 4 PM my time today and nothing. Same old "its on the way" type message. Time for Swanson to shape up. I am very frustrated. You do have competition. I have been buying from Swanson "for years", and over $800 this year alone.
