Thankgod a delivery service that finds me.
Sick of Uber & just eat, either I have to go find them, which defeats point of delivery or lost money on wrong address delivery.
Never had a problem with swansea Eats.
They could do with a tip jar after delivery though. I never got cash.
If I could give a zero star I would.
I paid for my food which was never delivered so as instructed on the app I contacted Swansea eats via email and also instagram direct message.
I am still awaiting a refund and explanation of what happened.
Absolutely shocking customer service Swansea eats are quick enough to take your money but have no care or consideration in refunding you when something goes wrong.
Stay well clear.

Failed to deliver my food. Had the food place to track the driver which said he was outside which he wasn’t. They also tried to contact the driver’s mobile number which had been blocked. Awful experience will not order through this company again for food delivery
