I bought a flight case for a Tascam DP…

I bought a flight case for a Tascam DP 24 SD digital multitrack recorder from Swan Flight. It arrived promptly, has a build quality little short of indestructible, fits perfectly around the recording console and just does the job you want with no fuss or problems. As a purchase it is pretty niche but if this is representative of all their cases then I would recommend unreservedly.

Very flexible to my needs for a flight case that was just the right size and affordable. No hassle payment and delivery was extremely quick.

I love you guys because you had exactly what I wanted and shipped and shipped it quick.
I will spread the word about you and will certainly be purchasing other items from you in the future.

The case is fine, delivery wasn't.

The case is fine. Although the delivery of the case was unacceptable. I specifically asked for it to be left at one of their chosen locations only to be told this large location was unsuitable. Then changed the option to leave it with a neighbour. The parcel was then left at the local depot for days and I had to collect in person. If you buy from swanflight ask them not to use DPD.

Fantastic service, fantastic product

I don't normally leave reviews, but felt so positively about my experience that I wanted to leave one. Swanflight were great to deal with, and the build of their flight cases is absolutely fantastic. I'd recommend unreservedly!

Superb Quality Great Customer Service

Superb Quality, I needed one for my QSC Touchmix 30 mixing desk, and what a fantastic job they made creating this it fits like a glove solid and a very sturdy external with a good quality steel carry handle and 4 steel locking clamps and rubber feet, also with space for some cables at the back internally all manufactured and delivered within 2 days of my order. I spoke to Andrew there prior who was really helpful and ensured my order was with me before the needed timescale. I will be purchasing more cases from Swanflight and recommending to my musician friends. :) Highly Recommend This Comapny.
