The worst service ever. Arrived at LGW from a school trip to Spain. When coach was not in sight, I called the company and took the emergency number as advised before we went. When the guy answered the phone and I asked where our coach was, he started shouting and verbally abusing me with insults that I'm even embarrassed to repeat in here. Utterly disgusting and shocking.
I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy.
