Dangerously incompetent
When someone feels the need to leave themselves a 5*review on yell (later removed after it was reported for guideline breach) and change their company name frequently as reputational containment exercise, heed the red flags.
This incompetent charlatan does a monumental disservice to the industry.
I found him to be unprofessional and negligent: he failed to attend a condition survey meeting, no apology given, then attempted to insert himself into another meeting outside his remit (boundary issues) at unreasonably short notice.
Demonstrated zero comprehension of statutory obligations under EA10; gave written undertaking to behave in accordance with EA10 principles, but then breached duty of care by engaging in conduct he reasonably knew would have deleterious effect on my health (vulnerable with life-threatening illness)+ exacerbate conflict with neighbours.
Engaged in passive–aggressive intimations to call the police when I challenged violations of the party wall agreement: namely infringement of privacy as vulnerable woman living alone.
Thanks to a background in law enforcement, I schooled this clown thoroughly and he slithered back into his pit never to be seen again. However I remain profoundly concerned for others who may lack legal or law enforcement expertise and fall for intimidation tactics.
He failed to respond to request for his complaints policy. He ignored a SAR (escalated to the Information Commissioner).
In short, his ineptitude made the party wall experience with neighbours far worse than it needed to be.
