Had a response within a minute of this review- I'll update once goods have been received.
I'm pretty sure this business is no longer trading.
I've been waiting for an order for a month. I've not heard a thing, I've called everyday but no one answers. I've emailed many times. I have had ZERO response.
They have £200 of my money and I don't have any light bulbs

Order two UV-C lamps and they arrived promply and in perfect conditions. Good packaging and protection. Very satisfied.

used svetila once before and they were fine, so ordered again. on this occasion they took nearly a month to confirm dispatch of goods which never arrived. there was a tracking number on the invoice which didn't work.

i've sent them 5 emails and had zero response.

AVOID!

if u want good and not to expensive u must go there.

Place an order and the parts arrive within a reasonable time. Can,t be bad.

I was worried about ordering light bulbs from an internet company, but Svetila was totally professional - my order was in the mail the same day, and arrived on time. I would definitely use them again.

The particular product is not readily available in Australia and I was fortunate that I came across the Svetila web site. The products is very reasonably priced compared to Australian suppliers and with the cost of delivery from overseas the globes are still better priced than what can be purchased in Australia.

I receive in order i 3 days period in outstanding condition, packed professional,in accordance with all standards, even that the package has less then 1 kg in total weight,

Only reason why I used them it's because I couldn't find the lightbulbs anywhere else. Otherwise I would have not used them. They charge a fee for using paypal (4%), they charge for a small order (3 euros) and charge for the shipping (9 eur) and it takes forever to get to Spain. And then they spam you constantly so that you review their product on Facebook... even when you do, they don't stop. the review is pointless, they never check their Fb account anyway.

Have placed 2 orders now for automotive lightning: best place to buy !

I was looking for some special light bulbs I couldn't find here in the States.
