I came across SVB some time ago on…

I came across SVB some time ago on line. I have bought many items from SVB Marine. Their prices are the best I have ever found. Product description is excellent. Delivery is excellent until items arrive in Malta. Maltapost is my local problem. Sometimes it takes days for Maltapost to deliver. I wonder if SVB could make a more efficient undertsanding with MaltaPost.

I’ve had a great experience with SVB — fast delivery, genuine marine parts, and very professional support. Always dependable, which makes them my first choice for boat equipment.

I have not received the order 3723423

I have not received the order 3723423, despite it was ordered and paid on 29th AUGUST.

DHL still has the message since 1st September that is waiting for the product to be delivered on its premises.

It has been more than 3 weeks since purchase date, and SVB is not giving any feedback to my messages regarding this delivery.

​Beware of delivery promises for…

​Beware of delivery promises for non-European orders! The shop claims to use DHL and charges a significant fee for what is supposed to be a fast 10-15 day delivery. However, once the order is shipped, they switch to your local postal service, even if DHL is available in your country. This results in a much longer delivery window of 5-6 weeks, with the shop washing their hands of any responsibility or tracking until the package finally arrives.
