Have been waiting for a response…

Have been waiting for a response regarding my return for almost a week now. Package had tracking which I emailed company the information for. Have reached out with tracking information and with photos from tracking website stating package was delivered to the address I was provided. Have not received any updates or confirmation from the company itself. I have no issues with waiting for the refund however the lack of communication is very frustrating.

Good customer service

Our Tulip had broken down, so I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly and professionally. My wife is happy to be able to enjoy her favorite toy again ;)

The toy won’t charge after fully using…

The toy won’t charge after fully using the battery life and it has to be app compatible, I don’t want phones and technology knowing my personal business like that. Wasted $60 and it doesn’t work anymore. Go fck yourselves. Literally. My own hand is better.

Good warranty

The unit had a power issue and they replaced it. The process could have been more streamlined and consistent in my opinion. Took 3 emails over a few weeks at least just to get a reply, but one they replied it became easier. Thank you for standing behind your warranty.

Customer Support

I had an issue with a SVAKOM toy and the customer support handled the whole situation quick and seamlessly. I already have a replacement which works perfectly, since I received it. Very positive customer experience.

I purchased an Ella three years ago

I purchased an Ella three years ago. Recently the motor died. I wish it was from overuse, but that was not the case.

I contacted the company and they resolved the issue. They did take a little longer to send the replacement, but once the replacement arrived, it was working like brand new.

I like these products and appreciated the level of responsiveness from their staff.

Great Customer Service

Great price, for great products. Off to a rough start but the company stands behind the products and their mission. I especially appreciate that a tree is planted for every transaction. Great, prompt customer service. Will definitely be a customer, I will also recommend.

Excellent customer service.

I received excellent customer service when I ran into connecting issues with my device. The company was quick to respond, they provided helpful walkthrough steps to try to troubleshoot my issue without having to replace the device. They did not hesitate to provide a replacement device at no cost when it was confirmed my device hardware was defective.
