I can see my last review for Survey Friends was almost exactly 3 years ago. This is my 10th year with them. How times change. I have today cancelled my account, leaving points that I can't yet cash. The site has totally changed recently. I hardly qualify for anything, and I keep getting messages when I start a survey that accuse me of "inconsistencies".
I have always given each survey my full attention and never lie. I have had a few surveys that ask for my full name and address, and e.mail, as the first question. I don’t agree with this - you have no idea who you are giving these details to. But I filled it in honestly, progressed to the next question which was wanting my age. I gave it - and was again accused of "inconsistencies". Well, I know how old I am, and strangely it goes up every year. Maybe they don't account for that. I complained to customer services and got a reply that accused me of the same. I don't even think they read complaints.
In ten years I have earned £180. I have had that off a different site in 8 months of this year. Goodbye.

Not enough reward for surveys
Survey page tells you the time it should take for survey completion but these times have no connection to reality. Just one example, I did a survey yesterday that said it should take about 3 minutes. 20 minutes later I finished it and I know that I could not have finished it any quicker. This has happened regularly so the survey site is not paying the members a fair reimbursement for their time. That particular survey was for 500 points. In reality it should have been at least 3500 points. This is unacceptable and the survey site needs to be more honest.

Regarding your claim about the £100, we categorically reject this as unfounded. Your account was blocked after multiple reports from our client identifying you as a “bad participant,” citing inconsistent and unreliable responses.
Additionally, when this issue first arose in 2023, your communication with our team was inappropriate and disrespectful. As a result, management instructed staff not to engage further, as we do not tolerate dishonesty or the mistreatment of our employees.
This matter is now considered closed.

Screenouts I understand but wasting 20 minutes for no pay, is not acceptable. Survey payouts are less than others, and screenouts don't even pay out a few bonus points for effort

Great stuff from SF
Great stuff from SF. Easy to navigate website, fair points system with decent rewards. The surveys themselves vary by topic but once you get going it's a really enjoyable experience. Customer service is excellent. All round very good site.
