For many weeks now, I have been trying to make a deposit via credit card, but it's not working. I have used the platform before, where it worked perfectly fine. However, if they can't fix something as basic as a card deposit, I can't take them seriously anymore. I'll have to find a better alternative.

I just wanted to take a moment to say that Audrie was a great help to me. When I typed my question into chat she got right to work and was able to answer my question immediately. In addition to answering my question she told me what to expect next and gave me an estimated time as to total resolution for my issue. Thanks Audrie for your great customer service.

Let me start by saying the abvious which is paying a lot of money for a demo account which you can get for free in any trading platform , once you pass which is almost impossible due the spread , high fees they impose and the swap only very few will pass and if you get a successful trading and make big $ you’ll be hit with suspicion trading and breach of rules and you’ll account will be terminated and your money forfeited ! This is happening as we speak people it’s a fact … I do not which harm to anyone by losing their hard earned money to scammers , stay away from these prop firms it was only designed to take your money at the demo trading , that’s how they make the money. Good luck

**Update** The login details took a while longer to come through for the account than expected - but we got there in the end. That aside I've used Surge Trader in the past and would give them a 5/5 for everything else!

Can't fault the customer support team for getting back incredibly quick every time, and the online platform is great too.

The only good prop firm I have worked with so far! Very helpful customer service and very fair rules. I know some people have talked about the owners rocky past with $35 million Ponzi Scheme as a red flagged, but I havent seen any traders complaining about not being paid or having any problems with them. Always paid on time easy to use dashboard. Everything is simple and straightforward. I just wished they had more cryptos to trade and you could do bigger position sizes. They changed brokers recently and you cant trade ETFs or stocks anymore. We also lost the ability to trade a lot of cryptos. It used to be lived funded accounts with real money now its just virtual accounts, but for the most part that is ok with me because a funded account will be exactly like a demo account when you are taking your challenges. I never traded ETFs or stocks, but I do trade cryptos and ETH was a crypto a lot of traders traded with. So thats the only thing that was effected was losing ETH to trade. I also wished you could get funded on larger accounts like up to $4 to $10 million. If they did that and added more cryptos it would be a great firm. Its still a good one compared to most Prop Firms but it would be great if they added these changes.

I was not finding what I needed to enter their contest and Dan helped me out with great directions.

I have breshed 2 accounts but finally, with patience and rigour, I have just pased my 100K audition.
In addition, interesting prices, I recommend.

There are better prop firms out there like Apex. You're trading in the murky world of CFD's with their awful spreads. Payouts only ONCE a month - get real. Also, if you run up a 50,000 account to 55,000 and want 5,000 to be taken out you're breaching your account - oh, okay, that makes no sense. They've also got legal problems. Good points, chick in the bikini everywhere on the site and nice customer service. Marginal at best and auditions are way too expensive. What's not based on facts, Surge? You payout once a month, if you take out all the money you've made you're in breach of your account and are sent back to the bullpen. Your owners have legal problems. There is a chick in a bikini all over the site. ALL FACTS.

Dan and the Support Team at Surge Trader were fast and very helpful with the issues that I was getting. Laid the steps down with the email of the transcript so I can refer back to it whenever.

Rebecca Fields may be the best responsive, Customer service person I have done business with in my 35 years of working. The Surgetrader, a newer company, has been a fun experience. Trading contests each month. I hope to grow with this company.
