Very poor response time. I tried to work with a guy called Dan. Very unhelpful.
Oh so now you respond. I'm no longer interested, thank you!

Became a "funded" trader in November 2023, had an open profitable position going into February 2024. Without notice account changed from "Funded" to "Virtual" and then a few days my positions were closed out due to a "migration". While sitting on profit, I tried to make my first withdrawal request in February 2024, that was rejected due to their migration. They stated withdrawal requests and payouts would resume again on April 10, 2024. I was not able to submit a withdrawal request until April 16, 2024 which was "approved" on April 18, 2024. I have contacted support 4 times and they cannot provide timelines of when payout will be made yet they keep collecting audition fees from audition traders hoping to become "funded". I'm doubtful of being paid and more doubtful of this company's business model. My advice based on my personal experience is to stay away.

it's probably a scam. surgetrader not payout for traders, I have been waiting for weeks. Check their discord, the official channel is full of complaints.

stop this, dont waste your money and time. they spent every minute to respond to 5 star rating, they should spend more time to respond to other. please give a good review for people who get continue profit. I am calling for profit trader to write 5 star review, this rating of challenger isn't reflecting the true rating.

My account was closed before the breach level was reached. I sent screenshots and evidence but they never acknowledged the facts.. I did however get an email from a service rep. telling me they have high integrity and would never cheat anyone. I never suggested i was cheated and really wanted them to respond to my data proving an early breach. Now could it have been a system issue.. I have no idea but they should have refunded me for the cost of the audition or offered a free audition to compensate me for closing my account at their discretion despite the clear and specific breach rules given on their website. Many of the support staff have a linkedin account and I don't see a whole lot of technical skills coming from the service folks based on my research.

They haven’t paid out in three months and giving promotions to lure more people in their Ponzi scheme. Save your money and buy somewhere else. This is next TFT and MFF.

I had some difficulty purchasing a trading account during the migration to DX Trades, so I called SurgeTrader to get some help and they were very helpful. I commend Amy Sierra for her great customer service and prompt call back with a solution to my problem! I was a bit worried about how it would all work out, but Amy made it very easy for me. Her quick response also made my worries ease since I felt my concerns were addressed. I now trust that they will be able to help me in a timely manner if I reach out to SurgeTrader again in the future.

I wrote about how my experience was just bad wit the recently and frankly it was just too many things needed to be done before payment was received but I can gladly testify that they are legit. Just received my payment today, Only issue is it took too long. Work on that guys. Rise isnt exactly efficient. If you can have more than one withdraw method well deffinetly recomend to friends.

My issue is still ongoing, though I’m not so worried about it thanks to being kept up to date. I have to give props to the quick EMAIL responses from Brad Newman😅 I usually wait days for a response. Lol.

I paid 420 for 1 account. I got 2 accounts 100k each. The platform kept freezing I was unable to close trades and blew up both accounts. I do not have the money to keep investing in an unreliable platform. Don't waste your time and money. Upon payment, I did not get an account to trade with immediately as promised it took 2 days to get it to work. I have traded for over 10 years this platform sucks.

I enrolled in a trading audition with Surge Trader, paying the required $3500 fee. Surge Trader provided a demo account with $500K to demonstrate my trading skills, with a 10% profit target and clear daily loss and drawdown limits displayed on a dashboard.
On April 16th, Surge Trader prematurely terminated my audition, claiming I exceeded the drawdown limit. I have screenshots proving my account balance remained above the stated limit. Additionally, the dashboard experienced technical errors, repeatedly displaying inconsistent drawdown limits. This suggests a system malfunction caused the wrongful termination.
Despite over 30 emails providing screenshots and requesting clarification, Surge Trader has failed to offer any concrete data supporting their decision. Their responses are evasive, often copy-pasted, indicating a lack of responsible customer service. Their refusal to acknowledge potential errors and provide proof raises serious concerns about unfair practices.
If I had truly breached the drawdown limit, I understand the consequences. However, Surge Trader's inability to justify their actions after repeated requests is unacceptable.
They continue to give a stock response of exceeded drawdown limit...when clearly I could prove with data that I didn't. Just scamsters to the core.

Change of platform stalls , and is horrible! Support the same. They only want to win money for themselves. Give a heck about us traders. Get another better prop.

Taking money from people to buy the funded accounts. But not issuing a funded account. Sounds like a pyramid scheme. Passed the bar, havent heard or seen anything since.. Worst prop firm in the industry. Customer service is also terrible.

Even though most are doubting right now specifically because of their recent migration, they are still pursing excellent customer service and providing satisfactory service to their client base. can't ask for anything else from this company. traders are truly their priority and they show it (even though it might take a tad bit longer than normal because of their migration)

Surgetrader may be falling off like the recent other firms. Hit phase 1 profit target but the account is still active with no confirmation that I passed the account. Many other people in their discord server are experiencing the same thing, not with just auditions but funded accounts as well some saying it’s been over a week with no credentials. Support has been non existent. Only reason I’m giving it a two star is because I was able to reach support once on a different issue
