I contacted their support center several times, and every single time, I get the same automatic response, even when I reply by email with what they are asking from me, they send me back the same automatic response. For several weeks so far, I have not been able to reach them. This is their support response for everything:

They claim they provide an accurate and professional service, but the reality is that my 5 year old could have written a better translation. Very poor quality. I asked for a partial refund and it was denied. Do not use.

This is the worst service experience I have ever had.

I paid for urgent translation for all documents. Every single deadline was missed. The most important documents were simply never delivered - it appears they were lost -and to this day I still have not received them.

There has been zero real response from customer support. Only automated emails. No accountability. No solution.

Because of their failure, I had to urgently use another service and pay three times more before my court hearing.

I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. If you are considering using this service for anything time-sensitive or legal, think very carefully before trusting them.

Poor service and unreliable support. The translation contained many errors, including untranslated words. I followed the revision process exactly as instructed but received no response for over a week. After multiple follow-ups, support kept sending the same generic instructions instead of addressing the issue. If you’re tempted by the low price, be aware that the quality and responsiveness match it. Not recommended, especially for certified or time-sensitive translations.

If there is a negative star, I’d give it to them. They are scammers and they do not translate anything and refuse to refund the paid amount. When you complain via email, they reply with an automatic reply (one size fits all). Terrible translation service and customer service

Scammers!! Still waiting for my refund. It's over 10 business days now

Ordered a certified translation for USCIS.
Several documents were not translated at all.
At least one translated document contained errors in personal data.
Only part of the order was refunded.
Support responses were generic and unhelpful.

Do not recommend. Do not pay them a cent.

DO NOT GIVE THEM A RED CENT.

USCIS commonly expects a physical address of the person or entity doing a certified translation. The address appears on the sample on ST's website.

However, they did not include it in the certificate provided. When I flagged this they offered to add it for $1400 and encouraged me to modify the PDF myself WHICH CONSTITUTES CRIMINAL FRAUD IN THE US.

All customer service is copy pasted responses. Good luck speaking to a human. My money and a week of my time is gone. The translation no good. Do not give them a penny.

I found this translation company through Google. I requested their services, but when I received the documents, I found multiple errors. Naturally, I asked for a review and corrections, but I realized that you end up having to fix the mistakes yourself, while they only update the file for you to download again. Among the errors, there were basic grammar issues and even mistakes with proper names, which should not be translated. Far from being a professional company with good service, they are not, and I do not recommend them.

This is an automatic transfer without human intervention. Often, you won't receive anything. You won't get your money back. It's a scam.

Fast and easy! Just upload your document and you have your translation the next day! I do not trust all the negative reviews. I think they are fraudulent from competitors. I am glad I gave Sure Translation the benefit of the doubt. They did not disappoint. Will purchase again in the future.

SCAM! Paid for translation. Next day they emailed with a cancellation and “refund will be returned to your card”.

The refund never came.

Extremely disappointed with @Sure translation Services.
I submitted documents on May 13th for urgent translation (promised in 1–3 business days). Not only did they miss the deadline, but I also received no communication or support—which led me to miss a critical USCIS appointment.
Unreliable service, poor accountability. ⚠️ Would not recommend.

I asked for a specific wording on the certificate that says that the translation is "accurate and complete" and they quoted me $1,400. Clowns 🤡

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I made an order to translate my birth certificate. A week later they emailed me back with a notice of refund. I reached out to them asking why they had cancelled my order. After a day or two they stated that the translator could not complete the order. I asked them clarify in case I needed to change something in the document I provided them. After another day, they replied saying the same thing, that the translator could not complete the order. Terrible customer service. Zero communication with the customer. Wasted my time.

Beware! This company is a scam using fake reviews. They took our money and never provided translation of the documents. We will be filling a BBB, Consumer Affairs, State Biz and IRS for fraud against this company.

Not a scam but horrible service. My birth certificate was full of errors. I sent two documents and they cancel one, refund me the money without any explanation. Not way to talk to them over the phone. Really frustrating experience.

We needed a translation for a birth certificate. Selected the 1-3 days option and received it back in 1.5 days. Certified, clean, great service. The scam reviews are really unfair, the service was fast and great.
