My only feedback would be regarding the delivery service. I had a very frustrating experience with Aramex, as my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I would strongly recommend reconsidering this courier company to prevent similar issues for other customers.

Ordered 8kg of protein powder gifts for Xmas.

I recently ordered from Supplement Mart and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I picked up creatine, Nitro Wood, OxyShred cans, Gold Standard Whey Protein, some protein bars, and a few other items. Everything arrived quickly and the packaging was absolutely perfect — carefully packed and presented with real attention to detail.

To top it off, they even included a free pre-workout, which was such an amazing surprise and really appreciated. The prices are solid, the service is excellent, and you can tell the staff put real care into preparing the order. Visually seeing how everything was packaged made me feel confident about ordering again.

Can always find a new line or old favourite to fulfill my needs. Today it’s just stocking up on staples but with new flavours I haven’t tried. What a thrill .

Purchased muscle nation destiny thought click and collect. It was expired, rang customer service got told to return it to store, drove to the store got told go back home and ring customer service the following day as it was past hours, rang customer service got told we will send a replacement put to you, they sent it to the store, emailed saying I should be compansated for all this mess around and why wouldnt it get sent to my house as they had my address. Was told we can get it redirected and later was messaged saying its ready for pick up at the store. Went to the store to get my replacement, was then questioned on if the replacement was for me ! Had to show emails and conversations that it was mine. The box had my name on it ! Was then questioned on where the expired product was. Told him it was disposed of as customer service had told me to do after taking pictures. Showed pictures to prove this and staff member was still hesitant to hand over my product. I have spent hundreds at supplement mart over a short period of time and think that a company like muscle nation would value me and my time. I even asked about compensation in the form of product or voucher, this was ignored. Was supplied a few samples but 3 hours of driving over 3 trips, petrol, time, effort I would have thought they would offer something as a way of an apology like a protien water or similar to what I have purchased. I was mistaken. Wasn't going to write this review but have been emailed many times asking for a review so here it is.

Supplement Mart always has the goods I’m after, with new products and flavours to try all the time. It’s super easy to order and shipping is fast and reliable. I’ve only had the best experience with the team.

I placed an order on Saturday and still haven’t received any updates regarding shipping or delivery. The item is located within the same state, so I’m unsure why it’s taking so long. Very disappointed with the experience — I won’t be ordering from this company online again. To make matters worse, no one is answering the customer service line.

I purchased nearly every flavour to try and geez you've now made it hard for me to choose a favourite. They're all so delicious, packed with great flavours. I love when I find something that is healthy that makes me feel like I am having a naughty treat

I'm really furious. I bought this protein powder on this website at a discount. But after receiving it, I found that both the taste and quality were completely different from all the protein powders of this brand that I had consumed before. It was really hard to drink and I felt sick after drinking it. I strongly suspect that this website sells counterfeit goods.
Later, I applied to communicate with the customer service but no one paid any attention to me and no email was sent to me.
This was the most disappointing online shopping experience.
