Absolutely shocking customer service. My delivery never arrived, the driver either didn't knock or knocked quietly, someone was home to receive delivery which is even more frustrating. said he delivered it to a neighbour (but took a photo of my front door as "proof" of delivery. but the neighbour had been out all day and didn't receive it. Emailed Supplement Centre and they just replied "have you tried your neighbour?" I replied and got no response, I sent another email to supplement centre and no one's bothered replying, or updated me or anything.

Been buying Matrix Nutrition powder over the years and has been good up until recently.

Ordered 2X5kg Diet Whey Matrix Protein Powder (1 Choc & 1 Strawberry). Opened the chocolate carton about a month ago. Barely any flavour whatsoever of chocolate and not sweet - I have to put 1 teaspoon of Erythritol per 30g of powder. Will not order this product again.

Update 06/02/2025 So I recently opened the Strawberry and found it didn't taste bad like the chocolate. It was fairly sweet with taste/colour of strawberry. Therefore I have decided to give this company benefit of doubt for now and changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

My order came, that’s all good I can say tho as the box it came in had been opened and ripped in multiple places but wait it gets worse. The tub was slightly opened so not sealed the powder inside had got wet and absolutely stunk when I then picked up the tub I realised I had a big crack along the bottom causing all the powder to fall out onto the floor. When I emailed them about this they never got back to me and it’s been 4 days since now. Absolutely embarrassing service do not use.

Ordered a week ago but no delivery - emailed them asking why I hadn't been sent delivery details and they reckoned I didn't give them my email address which is rubbish. Then emailed them back and asked them to explain the delay, they didn't bother to respond. The website says 4 days max for delivery, it's been 5 working days now and it looks like it won't be here today either. Just really poor service.

This is just the most recent bad experience that tipped me over the edge.

I made an order that never arrived, although it was said to be delivered (it wasn't- I was at home the whole time as I was unwell). Contacted the couriers and they said no problem our delivery driver was at fault, just contact supplement center and they will reissue the delivery. I forwarded the emails to support showing courier agreed their drivers' actions were "unacceptable" - their words- expecting my order sent back out.

Support always take days to reply and I always have to chase for responses or I get ignored so this process of course was painful. Support told me they have no other choose but see the parcel as stolen said I have to contact the police to get a crime reference number regardless of me quoting passages from the Consumer Rights Act explaining that I am clearly entitled to either a refund(which I wasn't asking for) or my item. In the end this process took so long that I was able to make an order and receive it from Dolphin Fitness (highly recommend) before having this issue resolved because of back and forths that took days at a time due to slow replies.

Because I didn't want to draw this out over £48 of powder I broke and wasted police time for an unneeded report. I took the refund as I had to go elsewhere in the end and I don't think the service I received was worthy of me continuing patronage.

Can't login or create an account. I have been a member for a few years now but now can't login or use my points. It just says that my email address isn't linked to an account and when I try and create an account, it says the same thing. Great work Supplement Centre. Rubbish as always

Absolutely shocking service. Not received my order which as now been over 3 weeks! Keep being fobbed off with they’d sent the order out for delivery but it’s gone missing, to items out of stock, and only certain flavours available etc etc. Requested a refund and still waiting. I will never order from supplement centre again. Terrible company and terrible customer service. AVIOD!!!! 0 stars

My partner Placed our order back in December still not got it they never reply to emails and non of the phone numbers ring out !!!
We are now in contact with our bank to take this further and get our money back
What an absolute disgrace of a company do not no how you are still trading

After numerous emails and phone calls I am still no further from receiving my order. Apparently it has being delivered but the box shows no signature or photo of the delivery. They use Hermes as a form of delivery which is to say the least shocking at best. I paid for my product on the 27/12 and now 2 weeks later still no product. Dealing with customer services is horrendous they just repeat the sane standard answer. It is there responsibility to deliver a product to the correct building snd receive a signature. Wont be recommending this company to anybody absolute joke. I only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give them none. The date is now 16/1 I’ve asked for a managers contact number but they won’t give me one. Apparently they are still looking in to my missing products. They have the worst customer care ever absolute jokers. If you don’t mind not receiving your products this is the company to use.

After placing 1st order ive checked trustpilot reviews which made me upset,gloves were missing from parcel,phone number given on website wasnt going through,emailed customer service,they dispatch gloves same day as mistake can happen but they tried to provide good service,got water free of cost as appology.would defo recommend,reasonable price.

Been waiting now 8 days for my order and still haven’t received it. after numerous emails and phone calls im not been told much apart from they are having warehouse problems.. waiting for a phone call back that never happens.. shocking customer service is an understatement.. I don’t think I’ll ever see what I ordered to be honest, quick enough to take money off my card when I placed the order though

I looked at Trustpilot after I placed my order and my heart sank a little seeing all the negative reviews.
To be fair though, my order arrived in seven days, well packaged, exactly as I ordered and with a long use-by date, well into 2022.
Yes, it's not Amazon quick on delivery, but it's not Amazon prices either. You can't have everything.
I will use them again.

Even though on their website it says 3 days delivery, these people have wasted almost 2 weeks of my life!!! Ive ordered protein powder that was said to be in stock on their website. After a week, i called to see what happened. They said it will take another few days. I patiently waited, but still no sign. I called again, they said they were out of stock!!! They lied about a product being in stock and also lied about it being shipped!! And whats worse is they havent given me a refund after all this time!!! They take payment immediately however tell me to wait for another few days for a refund! This is an absolute scam! These people have the audacity to call themselves a business! Not to mention their appalling customer service skills! How rude can a rep be!! They are at fault and talk to me like I made the mess? I just wanted my damn protein that I paid for. I advise people to stay away from this dodgy company!!!

they sold me item that was out of stock and after waiting a week, having paid for a 1-3 day delivery I emailed them, they said it was out of stock would I like a different flavour, i said yes and they said it would be with me in 2 to 3 days, one week later I emailed and was told that flavour was out of stock aswell but they did then issue a refund.

I placed an order for two items, and struggled to find any information regarding shipping besides some generic page they have on their website. After dead silence for nearly a week, with no shipping notification or any acknowledgement my order had even been processed, a parcel arrived. I was disappointed to find that one of the two items was missing, yet I'd been charged for both. I emailed the company and after waiting a day for a response they told me that the item was out of stock, and wasn't due to come back for some time. Had they of told me about this before sending my order, it would have been fine - I'd have happily swapped it for another item or even waited for it to be restocked knowing roughly how long to expect. I won't be shopping here in the future.

I made my order 6 days ago.
This morning they sent me an email saying that they'd run out of stock.

Absolutely shocking company they look good on the Web however, they won't deliver all your stuff. And, you need to ring an expensive number to resolve. They are con artists stay well clear. Use a reputable supplier may cost a bit more but better than dealing with these cowboys. BTW any good reviews must be fake ones. You have been warned

After days of waiting for my order, one item missing. Can't see any point to do business with them.
