Super Rare Games is without a doubt the best limited-run game company. They have excellent judgment when selecting games, they meet shipping deadlines, and their attention to detail is outstanding.

But beyond that, their customer support team is extraordinary—not just within the video game industry, but compared to any company in any sector. Their service is fast, friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Without a doubt, they are a benchmark to follow.

Failed to disclose that Vigil requires online access. Admitted they knew about this prior to sale.

edit: Thanks for your response, but it is incorrect on a number of counts. Following your online authentication procedure will NOT allow the game to run " fully offline on that console." It will only run offline on the authenticated profile. Other profiles can not launch the game. Offline accounts are permanently locked out. This is worse than a game key card.

Furthermore, you have confirmed in your statement exactly how this issue would need to be fixed via patch. You simply don't care enough to do it.

Lazy, greedy, negligent, sloppy. You could have fixed this but chose to screw over loyal customers instead.

Super Rare games are the best limited game companies I’ve ever dealt with. 3 years in a row being a proud member. They have excellent customer service and always try to do their best for their customers. Their games are varied which is great for catering to everyone. Although I am very picky in what I like to play, they always seem to have a bunch of games every year that I like to get. This company is keeping physical media alive and I love that. As well as helping indie artists making their games come alive with physical media. Highly recommended this company! Thank you Super Rare Games.

In a world where so many limited print companies let you down, along comes Super Rare to save the day! Honest, caring ppl that always deliver on their promises.
And they know what to choose to get the physical treatment. Got a lot of great titles from them.

I came to the website looking for a product they had run out of stock already; a game and its deluxe edition, and yet they managed to hook me up with a remnant at a really decent price too despite the trouble.

The customer service is the best I ever experienced. The packaging is great and shipping is very fast to Europe. They really care about their customers. The only complaint I have is the high single game shipping.

Super Rare Games have always been solid, but Helen Jones (Head of Problem Solving) takes things to another level. She’s one of those rare people who actually gets things done instead of hiding behind canned replies or “we’ll look into it” nonsense.

They have always offered some of the best in small print collectible games and have continued to keep high quality standards while not bending to corporate greed. One of the last remaining limited game companies that is being true to the premise. They haven't always done things the way I'd want, but their customer service and unique games along with fast shipping /actually well packaged goods, exceeds anything I would have done differently. Looking forward to whatever they have coming, you can trust they will deliver!

I had a problem with the delevrie service and had a really nice customer service that took charge of it. Really thank you.

My order arrived with missing games and collector card packs. I emailed SRG and got a fast response from Helen. I followed the request from Helen and within a couple of days received an email with a new order number with the items that were missing. Helen was very friendly, will continue to support this business!

An error occurred in my order (2 copies of Planet of Lana Switch instead of 1 Switch and 1 PS5). I sent an email, and two days later I had my PS5 copy in the mailbox along with a refund for the return shipping costs for the mistakenly sent copy. Excellent customer service!

The games they release are pretty much better or on par with Limited Run Games game releases and are reasonably priced.

I started ordering like most did years ago a few games here and there that had caught my interest, as I’m a physical copy advocate and collector the site SuperRareGames struck a resounding cord in me. Don’t get me wrong digitalis are great but as a gamer who still has his original 8bit Zelda game, holding and opening a new game holds more symbolism to the spirit of the Nintendo legacy.

With a diverse ever growing library of, but timeframe specifically limited selections of games. it was a fresh take on gaming site that broke from the traditional 6 month to in some cases years waiting for a physical release. SuperRareGames set a standard that hasn’t been matched for release consistency and reliability compared to other global sites that promote smaller release batch physical games.

With a small but, highly dedicated crew that is quick to assist customers globally with inquiry’s to orders I’ve received excellent service both as a standard customer and as a current club member. That’s a huge plus in a day and age where AI tries to help, but!!! a gamer fan is assisting on the distribution side, so the needs are met with greater customer care.

In over 3 years of ordering internationally I have yet to experience any issues with errors or damaging to items during shipment. The boxing used for games allows for reducing potential damage during transport with for some collectors who wish for a sealed collection allows for better quality. Remember we pay good money for great games. SuperRareGames does their part for insuring your get what you ordered. And yes they do send you a tracking link once shipped.

A unique aspect of SuperRareGames is the sheer amount of promotional giveaways throughout the year that is inclusive to all who order not just for the members. With a great sense of giving to the gaming community. SuperRareGames has promotions that give buyers a chance to win signed Plaques of the Game by the developers. No other sites offer this as frequently throughout the year. With games numbering in some cases less than 3000 a framed signed game is a gem for any collector or fan to display.

As a whole SuperRareGames is a site that has carefully crafted and most importantly “succeeded” at a extremely hard to balance service of providing timely physical copy game releases paired with gamer expectations for titles that cover age ratings of 3+ to Mature and quality customer service. Such a great company to deal with, personal and answer emails very quickly. I ordered a load of games and forgot a few, no problem to add on through message...when package arrived they mistakenly sent a steelbook instead of steelbook and game for one item...within one hour of reporting they replied and within 2 hours had a replacement order on to fix.
