This is my first time ordering from Supermagnete (NL). I was looking for a magnetic board so I can display my magnets and keychains I collect from the countries I've visited. It's quite difficult to find a good quality magnetic board (preferably white) which isn't ridiculously expensive.

Even though I had no rush with the delivery, it still arrived very fast! I ordered it on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday from Germany to The Netherlands. It was packed very secure, unlike many other stores who would just throw the item in a box without any protection.

The item itself is clean and brand new. Very well made and there aren't any imperfections. The white paint / powder has been applied very well and evenly.

They also included a packet of gummy bears :)

Great experience. I bought a fairly expensive, strong magnet. Delivery time was decent, but more importantly everything was extremely well communicated (albeit in German, but there are online translation services so whatever..) and the packaging shows they know their business. Warmly recommended.

The order came quickly, I got everything I ordered and some extra magnets, with safety information sheet. Magnets are for my son's experiments so now he has quite a collection, and I got some gummy bears :))

Easy website and order process. Great magnets and the team also sent me a few extra magnets free of charge! Delivery was super quick.

I ordered a 'macho set of magnets' and a rubberized disc magnet from their shop. Delivery to Denmark was two days earlier than expected, which certainly is a plus. Further more they added 40 small disc magnets a long my order, completely free of charge, however amongst the magnets I got with the 'macho set' the two disc magnets are imperfect. It's not like they are chipped, because it looks like they are still coated - however it looks like a production fault, as the magnet is not perfect, but is still coated above the imperfections. Quality check before shipping would have been much appreciated.

Recently made to different purchases at supermagnete.de, first I ordered several small (Ø=1-5mm, H=1-2mm) neodymium disc magnets for use with my wargaming miniatures. I ordered about 240 magnets, and they arrived in good condition within a week, and they are working as promised so far.
I also ordered the Macho set afterwards, which also arrived withing a week, and is an amazing set of magnets.

Throughout the process supermagnete.de has seemed very professional and passionate, and what they put in your package (without spoiling anything) besides what you order makes it a much more satisfying experience.

Will definitely reccomend this firm to anyone and will definitely use it again when I need more magnets for my miniatures.

Ordered my magnet for magnet fishing, ordering was simple, and my order was sent promptly and with tracking.
With my order i got a safety instruction leaflet, 10 x 5mm cube magnets for FREE plus a small bag of sweets Haribo Gold Bears.
Needless to say, i will be shopping with Supermagnete again, and even though i am in the UK, the delivery was quicker than the company i bought from here, so 10/10 Thank you.
