Shame about the delivery
The ordering is easy and great prices. However the delivery was awful.
Tracking doesn't work, sent and email one day stating they'd be delivering the next and I'd get an email confirming time. No email. Tracking stopped working, no more communication, then it finally turned up two days after that. Can't book jobs in on that bases so sadly no more ordering from these guys.

Brilliant range of products & competitive pricing
Brilliant range of products - very well prices & great customer support.
I had an enquiry about stock levels for a bulk purchase, customer service advised that the item was discontinued and were more than happy to help source an alternative.
I placed an order and free delivery was made within 48hrs via DPD (always a good thing as never had an issue with DPD)
Pricing was also very competitive
Certainly will use them in future

Next to no communication
Next to no communication.
All I got was a message saying we have your order, and another from DPD a full week later saying we have your parcel and will deliver on ...
We ordered a costly piece of cable and some ancillary items.
The delivery contained the ancillary items, but no cable, yet the delivery note included the cable.
From a customer's point of view, this is extremely concerning, so I emailed them immediately and am still waiting for a response after 2 weeks.
Fortunately, the cable appeared the next day, so my order was fulfilled, but there was no explanation.
I am being generous, giving 2 stars, and for the above reason, will not use them again.
