Good Program; Was a Tech Glitch that Made it Unavailable to Me for Over a Year
Update: I did eventually hear back from Aaron. He provided me a log-in. When I logged back in, he had updated the website, made the interface better and created all new videos. I am guessing as a small business, that when they changed to the new website, they did not realize that previous users could no longer log-in. And probably in switching providers, they lost their old email. But, I'm not sure what happened. The new program is great, and I'm glad I am finally able to get back in.
Previous: The singing program itself is good. However, the company seems terrible and possibly at this point a scam (if you can purchase the program but not actually use it). I had access and then at one point, there was no longer any way to log in. I tried reaching out to the company and to Aaron Anastasi in February 2023, letting them know that there is no link to log in anymore, just a lot of links to purchase the product. Almost a year later, I still have not heard back. I just emailed yesterday again with a different email address now on their sales website.
