I made a purchase from this company and when my product arrive it would not start. I contacted the company they advised me how to get it started. The next day the gas was leaking from the tank. I contacted them to let them Know what was going on they advised me That when it shipped it cracked the tank and to put sealer on it they would send out parts to repair because the weaker didn’t work. I have been talking to them daily about the parts that still hasn’t been received and they are refusing to solve the issue. The give me different answers every time. I purchased the warranty and I ask for a refund they are refusing. The supervisors are rude and give false names and information. I talked with Jim Garza today he was rude and refused to give me a refund or solve my issue. He states he in Texas. I have talked to Steve and Connor out of California that states they were starting a claim that never happened to get my money back. I have been robbed and need help.

North Central West Virginia Disabled Veteran. TBR7 Shipping= triple tree took blunt force from a crate collapse, making 5 of 6 bolt heads strip. Back brake linkage wasn't included. Out of the blue the chain pops off and wrecked the rear sprocket bolt heads and bent sprocket. I'M a Veteran and hoped to talk some of my fellow Vets into giving this bike a shot. As the prior owner of a KLR 250 & DRZ400 DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and order elsewhere or just get a gas bicycle. Customer Service has no clue. I would like a total replacement or refund. 66 miles and I'm ready to push it over and set it on fire. Hooorah I got GOT!

I got a bike that don't work it won't even turn on an I paid for the ready to ride set up bye one of there mechanics the bike was missing bolts an screws mirrors the box was all torn up it wasn't even the crate like it was supposed to be no call back when I call them this company should be shut down do not buy any thing from this company now I got a bike that don't work for 1500 bucks Any one that has fitting a bad bike should call better Business bureau I am plus I plan to take them to court sue this place

Purchased and paid for professional assembly Got a scratched and damaged ATV that wouldn't run out the box as promised. The ATV looked like a used and return ATV shipped to me VERY UPSET and Superiorpowersports is a let down to my son as well as me,

I ordered a scooter and paid for premium shipping for 300$ but when it arrived the fenders were badly damaged and the box was so destroyed that i had to call the companys they shipped it through to figure out which one had it and they couldnt find it because the label was ripped off. Had a horrible time getting everything lined out. I dont reccomend it. I still havent got the title either and i filed for it 3 weeks back. Smh

Truthfully this company is legit but every company has some issues but overall this company responded well and shipping was faster than predicted the atv arrived in great condition.I had to assemble myself but im a mechanic anyways..i will make future orders here.. Thanks guys

Placed an order for a dirt bike for my son. It finally arrived several weeks later in a badly damaged box. It was missing the battery charger and clamps and bolts to attach the handlebars. The battery box was also cracked.
Many unanswered calls and emails later I finally got them to agree to send the necessary parts but NOTHING HAS COME. I have been waiting for a month but cannot get them to issue a refund.

Like many others, I wish I could give ZERO stars. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with (VELOZ powersports owns Superior, Killer Motorsports and I believe 1-2 others). NO response to calls. NO response to emails. I ordered my bike May 3 and by some miracle it came May 19. I IMMEDIATELY submitted for an MCO and almost 2 months later still don't have it. A simple piece of paper that allows me to register my bike. They now claim they're sending my MCO, but not before I put in a claim with my credit card company against them. I'll bet I contacted them 100 times to try and get my MCO. Morons and a bunch of people that just don't care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Warning : My experience repeats what others are saying. Before placing my order, i called in to make sure the item was in stock. As in, ready to be shipped, otherwise don't take my order. Was assured it was. Paid $1500.

A couple days, email says "all set! order will be sent out by shipping company within 3 weeks."

3 weeks - "sorry, not in stock. we'll be issuing a refund within 3-7 days." That time has now elapsed, no refund, and emails are ignored.

Basically this company, superiorpowersports.com, is taking orders for items they don't have. They are taking in money and sitting on it as long as possible. Just lying to customers to get an interest-free loan during a pandemic. Assuming they intend to ever return it.

Never mind buying vehicles from them, this isn't a company you can trust to handle your credit/debit card.

Reading other reviews here, there seems a real danger they will just keep your money and ignore your emails. I'd advise anybody else in the same boat to call their credit/debit company and initiate a "Chargeback". You may get credited right away (I did.) Or it may take 60 days or so, in which case you want to set that clock ticking ASAP.

This put the power back in your hands. To be clear - to take money in these amounts, from multiple people, knowing the item is not in stock and then ignoring demands for refund - that's fraud and grand larceny.

You can show this page to your credit/debit card issuer when requesting the charge-back.

My son saved his money to buy a go-cart. After almost three weeks they emailed to say the go-cart he ordered was out of stock. The cost with assembly was nearly $1400.00. We never received a refund, still fighting to this day to get his money back. It takes a very low person to take money from a kid and not give him anything in return.

Got the moped in 3 weeks but never got the tittle try to get in contact they deleted my account will never shop with them again

I ordered an ATV and after a week they never shipped it so I called with no response ever so I emailed them to tell them if they had not shipped it yet to return my money they sent email said it would be back in account in 12 days it's been a month now and they will not email me back or return calls and still have not gay my $1400 back I am so upset and would never recommend this place to anyone...worst place I have ever seen and they say they are the best.. I ordered 4 dirt bikes and two ATVs on another site and had not one issue this is so messed up.....

My order number is #63978. I ordered a tao tao 125cc db17 color blue on april 13th 2020. My order was confirmed april 14th 2020. I was told my order would be shipped sometime 2 weeks ago . I never recieved my tracking information or the company that's shipping my products name or number. and then they went ghost stopped answering my phone calls. and then a voicemail appeared. And it says to sum it up they are protecting their staff from covid 19 so they are behind on sending out shipping information or sending orders through processing but orders are shipped and processed. So my order is processing but says "may" on the reference date not day or nothing just "may". I'm in San Diego california so it shoulding take no longer than may 15 when I make my first payment

still waiting for my MCO for my order 61979. Ive been told it was sent to me two times. One would think it should have arrived weeks ago. Ive never been treated worse..

Ordered a moped 150 TaoTao Lancer came in a week an excellent condition runs and drives great I could not be any more happier now I'm just waiting on my bill of sale and title I'm glad I did not go by the refused to everyone else put cuz it almost had me convinced not to buy from the site but I listened to my gut and I ordered anyway and thank God I did thank you Superior Powersports inmate not decent times of getting back to me to I believe a lot of people is trying to scam the site and I'm really happy I did not listen to him once again

I bought a TaoTao 150cc Lancer. It arrived on time and was well put together except the center stand for the bike. The bike came with a center stand for a larger scooter so it wasn't possible to get the rear tire off the ground when it was on the center stand. That made it very hard to work on for both the mechanic and me.

Tao Tao doesn't build a very high-quality scooter. I had owned an Icebear HawkEye and that was a much better build and performing scooter.

First purchase with this company. Purchased a used 125cc ATV before Christmas for our grandson. Big mistake! He got to ride at once if the battery died had to push it back to the trailer. Battery will not hold a charge numerous issues with it from the start. It is very hard to get in contact with anyone at the company you can only leave voicemails or emails and you may or may not get an answer. I did receive one answer told him about all of the issues he said normally the customer is responsible for the but they would send the parts needed but he needed several pictures and explanation of what is wrong. Said it would take 72 hours it has been a week and a half I have not heard from the company. We should not be responsible for repairing a brand new ATV that we just received with so many issues. The frame is crooked, the parking brake does not work, the battery is dead, there is a has leak and the front end is not aligned so the steering bars are not straight if the wheels are and if the handle bars are straight the wheels are going to the side. Plus one wheel is wobbling when riding. This is a TAO TAO new T Force 125cc

First off, I had to contact them a month after my scooter was paid off to ask where it was - and was told it had been lost so I had to wait for another to be shipped out. When we got it, the trunk was missing. I got the MCO and an invoice showing I bought the scooter the day I placed the order instead of the date it was paid off which would lead to me having to pay extra taxes. The DMV said I would have to have a bill of sale to get the scooter registered, so I contacted them many times asking for a bill of sale on their letterhead. Instead, they sent me another copy of the MCO and the invoice with the exact same information. I sent the paperwork back with a dummy bill of sale to show them exactly what I needed and told them if they would not give me one I wanted a complete refund since the scooter was useless to me. They now have my paperwork and have sent me back nothing, so I can't even prove I own the scooter - much less register it. I don't know what else to do at this point but talk to a lawyer since they're now ghosting me.

I ordered a 4wheeler about a month ago, so it would be here for Christmas. I keep emailing to see where it is, with little help. They called 2 weeks ago assuring me it will be here by Christmas, here it is Christmas day, and nothing yet. I purchased another one a few months ago from Killer motorsports, and it was here on time, and warranty pieces were shipped promptly. Don't buy from Superior Powersports.

The dirtbike I ordered took forever to arrive. Once it arrived I needed to wait 2-3 more weeks for the title before I could take it out to the trails. I never received my free items even though I was promised on numerous occasions that they were shipped. The customer service people are all horrible, unhelpful, and rude. The products they sell are total GARBAGE! I needed to repair the bike after every single ride!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
