Never responded to my two enquiries so bought a hot tub elsewhere, sorry but customers want good service

Very, very poor service.

The hot tub is not to the sort of standard we were hoping for.

Will not be recommending, definitely not value for money.

We were surprised at the reviews below, its like its for a different company. We had a superb service from start to finish, in addition the tub is really good.

We bought a sanctuary hot tub, it was delivered later than promised with a set of steps that were a different colour. We ordered a second filter but this was not delivered with the hot tub. Some three months later we are still waiting for the steps and filter. Despite at least a dozen telephone calls and numerous e mails we cannot get any definitive delivery date, what is worse is they don't seem to care! I asked for a model number for the filter so I could buy it on line but I have had no reply. To be fair we are leased with the actual hot tub BUT the after sales service is abysmal.

Had a Fernando Hot tub delivered by Super hottubs, after installation the heat would not turn down and the dvd/cd player stopped working. Sent 2 emails and left voicemails finally got a response asking me to check for loose wires and to empty and refill tub, did that still broken, emailed again give excuse staff on holiday, then short staffed even Brexit was used. was told new panel would be ordered, will be with me in 4 days, after 8 days nothing, called and left messages and finally owner calls he is on his way to fix it, get a call later afternoon he will be with me after 6.30 pm, then calls at 7.15 and asks can he come tomorrow instead, next day sends me a text saying he has emailed me. i check this and its an email saying he has ordered another part and will be with me in a day, 2 days later nothing. i have rang and emailed asking for a refund as its just beyond a joke. worst decision i made buying from Suer Hottubs. There will be an article in the media regarding this when its concluded.

Really friendly and professional service, had no problems with them and they were in contact throughout the process. Professional guys with tubs which look and feel high quality. Happy to recommend.

hot tub is great great advise to have barbados as now we have hot tub parties.

We had our new tub installed today which was great and guys really helpful, full marks to SuperHoT,,, my girlfriend's nosey cat slipped on the edge and went for swim but we managed to fish her out - the moggy, not my girlfriend! Great fun so far.

Very pleased with this service. Provided me with excellent service, and I feel the benefits from my spa. Helping me a great deal with my aches and pains, so am blisfully happy with my product. The whole process went very smoothly, including the delivery, install and customer service. A happy chappy I am.

We bought a spa to help with my ex husbands arthritis in his hips. Super hottubs were very helpful and friendly in advising an awkward access which required using a crane. The spa is wonderful and great for warming up in the cold weather.
