No product, no customer service, no refund
I placed an order with them early December 2025, the money was taken from my account and now still in late January I’ve not received the order, no tracking hardly any communication. Eventually after 4 weeks they said they will look into it, but still nothing, so I requested a refund and again nothing. It really amounts to theft.
Misleading price information
This seller has a presence on Amazon. Its listing for Pulsin' Maple & Peanut Protein Bar (on Amazon) has inconsistent information about the number of bars received. On 6 Nov (and still today), 60% of the price-related information was (and still is) incorrect. I was charged a high price for few bars. I reported a problem with both the page listing, and with my order on 10 Nov on the Amazon platform, and got no help. I later contacted the seller's email support address, and a customer support representative responded saying that the fault was mine because the bar count in the title (though not elsewhere) was correct. The page listing on Amazon has not been corrected; potential future customers can still be misled. I see that in 2024, a positive review for this seller was published under the same name as the aforementioned customer support representative. There may be two people of the same name, or a person now working for the seller had previously left a review. (An employee writing a review is not allowed.) Based on my recent experience, I feel that truth and integrity are currently lacking in this company and I encourage potential customers to look elsewhere.

Or stop taking the product...then telling me there could possibly be a refund then no possibility if the item was opened x If I hadn't opened the items I wouldn't be complaining about them making me very very uncomfortable x Also you cannot change the truth by strong arming me or trying to dismiss my disappointment X I am an unhappy customer and I have the right to complain x so my review below stands x and from what I have read today I am not the only one X you should have treated me with courtesy instead of like I didn't matter when someone else could really be poorly after your powders and you don't care x

DO NOT BUY!!! Appalling supplier. Purchased a Bio Care product through Amazon - Chased the delivery for weeks. They blamed Hermes and kept giving me an invalid tracking number. Spoke directly to the company and was given a dubious response. Still waiting for an answer AND the product.

Poor refund policy
I ordered 5 x 2.5 kg bags of Shipton Mill Organic bread flour (£35) which did not rise in the bread maker. I returned 4 unopened bags and the remains of the 5th, but Superfoods would not provide a full refund for the opened bag. Not sure how I was expected to know the flour was defective without opening the bag.

Surely it was partially my fault for not checking the price but it was very dishonest service. Then took 4 days to respond of course they well knew i wont return them as it costs more to send back the chocolates! STAY AWAY FROM THEM
