extremely difficult to exchange

I love the insoles but when I bought several at once, but got the wrong size by mistake, it's taken almost a month of back-and-forth emails and I still haven't been able to exchange them for the correct size. They keep asking me redundant questions like they're just trying to make me forget or give up. I spent almost $500 on these and need the right size.

Trying to file for refund

Trying to file for refund. All options are dead ends. It says to need proof of purchase and that a packing slip was in the box. There was not any paperwork with the product. Frustrated!

No Super Delivery

Ordered a pair of Superfeet insoles for delivery to log cabin in Scotland whilst we were on a walking holiday. We were there for the week. Superfeet's UK website states Next Day Delivery. I ordered on Tues 20th Aug. Email from Superfeet on Wed (ie Next Day) saying it's been dispatched, so already late. By Friday, they still hadn't arrived, so I contacted "Customer Service" who told me I could chase with DPD if I wanted and also that it was a Bank Holiday, which it wasn't in Scotland. By the next week, they hadn't arrived and we left the holiday location to return home. Superfeet have said they'll make a refund in 5-7 working days. So, they've had my money for 2 weeks - nice for their cash flow. I didn't get any insoles and I could have easily got some via Amazon. Amazon and Tesco seemed to have no problem delivering to us - just Superfeet. AVOID !

Material Covering Easily Wears Away

I have the green Run insoles, I am lightweight 55kgs, the top of one of the insoles material is wearing away, so much so there is a rough material hole, about the size of a thumbnail. I have done 381miles in total jogging with them. I feel they have helped a little with my plantar fasciitis. But they are pricey for how long they last.

Poor service

SADLY - your UK distributor can't be bothered to get back to a customer. Very poor customer service. Especially as I have been a Superfeet owner for many years!

Helpful Customer Service

I purchased, 'Superfeet' insoles from a different retailer online that did not feel very supportive. Superfeet customer service were really helpful in confirming that those were indeed fake insoles and gave me guidance on how to remedy the issue. I would definitely make purchases from them directly in the future to avoid the hassle with counterfeits!

Dreadful customer service!!

Dreadful customer service!!!

So I got in touch with superfeet to chat about issues I was having running and for them to help suggest the correct insoles to aid me in hopefully preventing/minimising the problems.

They were very quick in pointing me in the direction of their most expensive product and talking about if I wasnt 100% happy then they offer a refund/alternate product with no fuss.

So I took them up on the offer and as it turned out the product they suggested to me didnt work at all intact made things much worse.

I got back in touch with the person who advised me only to recieve complete stone wall silence.

I currently dont know where I stand as I'm getting no response what so ever even though I'm still well inside the return dates.

This company I'm sure have not built their reputation on shocking customer service like this and I'd like to believe that I just got the company fool, but as a first contact for me with their products I'm totally disappointed and shall not be returning.

Superfeet no longer so "super"?

I've got several pairs of Superfeet green insoles as I have poor arches and found that these provide the extra support that I need whatever the footwear. Until recently I would have said that they are excellent and faultless - I've walked thousands of kilometers using them in trekking boots and town shoes. However, the latest pair don't seem to be the same quality - a shard of the hard plastic lower reinforcing plate has broken off. It stuck into my instep as it broke and with the 45mm long section of the plastic missing the support that it provided is also no longer there.

I've looked at their website, but there is no possibility of any dialogue with the company. Instead I have to contact the retailer provided the purchase was made in the last 60 days, which is not a great deal of use after 60 days has elapsed.

Postscript - After some toing and froing with photos and receipts Superfeet have agreed "exceptionally" to replace these faulty insoles but point out that "the estimated lifespan of our insoles is 12 months or 500 miles, whichever comes first".
