I contacted customer service via the chat on my Sunsynk App. Rahul quickly joined the chat and investigated my issue. Whilst he could not actually resolve it on the chat, he was very helpful in providing some diagnostics and further advice.

Contacted customer service on Monday because one of our batteries was not charging. Our old installing suggested I contacted Sunsynk direct. Sunsynk batted me back to my installer. Went onto the Facebook SUNSYNK Owners Group for advice. One of your local Master Installers reached out to me and arranged to visit. They diagnosed the issue and got me up and running again, less than 12 hours later. Amazing customer service. What have I learned from this, migrate my system over to an authorised Master Installer, simples. Wished I had found them when we had our system installed two and a half years ago.

I had been completely remiss with the connection of my system and frankly overwhelmed by the process, until I was advised through it by the Call Centre Agent, she was efficient, extremely knowledgable, angelically patient and polite. I melted into calm as the issue is being resolved.

I can honestly say that Sunsynk's customer support is second to none. I've got an 8kwSunsynk eco inverter and 10kw of Sunsynk batteries. I'm an electrician so needed information when setting my system up. Within minutes I'd resolved any issues I had. So refreshing. I'm going for MCS to install solar and batteries and will be using their products where I can.

We have had a Sunsynk system for over two years now, installed by a local company here in Devon, and very happy with the performance of the system as a whole.
However, what we are not happy with, along with many other customers, is the absolutely appalling reliability of the Sunsynk App.
For us, the App was always going to be important, as we are after away from the system, and especially in winter, need to make changes to the system to gain the best benefit form grid or batteries.
The App is regularly down, and this has been the case for many months now, possibly over a year, and Customer Service always states that the system is being dealt with.
The refresh rate, when it is working, always used to be 1 minute, and it has been increased to 9 or 10 for months now! Again, customer service says they are working on it, and it will return to 1 minute.
I can only assume that their IT department is completely incompetent, if it takes this many months to resolve an ongoing issue.
Such a shame that á good product is totally let down by appalling tech support in the IT department.

I had an issue whereby one of the inverters in parallel would not update remotely. The quickest route i have ever taken, was logging a ticket with Sunsynk directly and having them assist me with my problem, from troubleshooting and having the problem resolved took max 2 hours (of which mostly was me having to step away from site). I have to take my hats off to Joy and Pablo, who were the team responsible in the smoothest onsite resolution ever. This service proves that Sunsynk is the best!

Had a problem when getting the invert to communicate with the batteries, logged a ticket and within a few days all sorted. Exceptional. It good to know that when things go slightly wrong you can get hold of someone to fix the problem.

Terrible app and very unhelpful people. Our system was fitted in Nov 2023 (18 panels, 1 battery). The original outlay was £12,934. According to Sunsynk's app, we have now made £438,810.20. This is obviously nonsense, and suggests that their software is not managing the system in an optimal manner. We have contacted Sunsynk on multiple occasions to raise this problem, and are always fobbed off with unhelpful platitudes.
