I used to enjoy using Suno and…

I used to enjoy using Suno and appreciated what the platform was trying to achieve. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the app has become almost unusable for me.

The biggest problem is the copyright detection system. Tracks that I created myself and have never released anywhere are repeatedly being flagged and rejected for alleged copyright issues. These are my own original works, not commercially released songs, samples, or copyrighted recordings. Despite this, uploads are being blocked, leaving me unable to continue projects that I should have every right to use.

What makes the situation worse is the lack of clarity. When a track is rejected, there is little explanation as to why it has been flagged or what specifically triggered the copyright detection. As a result, users are left guessing and repeatedly attempting uploads with no success. This turns what should be a creative process into a frustrating battle with the platform.

The irony is that the copyright system appears to be punishing legitimate creators while doing little to improve the user experience. If original, unreleased material cannot reliably be uploaded, then one of the platform's core functions becomes severely limited. For musicians, producers, and songwriters, that is a major problem.

I understand the need for copyright protection, and I support efforts to prevent infringement. However, the current system feels overly aggressive and prone to false positives. When genuine creators are prevented from using their own work, something is clearly not working as intended.

The technology behind Suno remains impressive, but the user experience has deteriorated significantly. A tool designed to encourage creativity should not make users feel as though they are constantly fighting against automated restrictions. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend the platform with confidence.

If Suno can improve the accuracy of its copyright detection and provide clearer explanations when uploads are rejected, it could regain much of the goodwill it has lost. In its current state, however, the platform is causing more frustration than inspiration

Suno is a 100% scam

Suno is a 100% scam. Their tool works, but if you have issues, their Customer Service is nonexistent. For 3 months, I have been locked out of my account due to technical reasons on their side. They told me to start a new account and they'd transfer my library and credit me for unused time. They have instead continued to bill me and did not transfer. Their emails just keep saying it will happen by x, then they stretch it out, and now they've completely ghosted me. I can't cancel the service either. It's incredible. Such a scam.

I am a suno pro user, i paid for 1 year.

Broken anti copyright filters that they are not planning to even fix, and not offering refunds for a broken service i paid money for.

Support is not answering emails, avoid like the plague, currently its a scam service, like buying a digital brick.
Or more like AI brick.

Anmeldung/Log-in Frond-End SUNO Webseiten Fehler

I haven't been able to log in for the past 2 days. My attempts fail at the website's verification screen. This is a so-called front-end error on the Suno website when accessed on a desktop using various browsers. All browsers display the exact same login error.
For TWO days now, I haven't been able to continue working as a paying customer.

Excellent tool for YouTube creators

I’ve seen a lot of the negative reviews, and honestly they couldn’t be further from my experience.

Before signing up, I checked the terms and confirmed that music created during a paid subscription can be used royalty free in YouTube videos. For me, that made Suno the perfect tool. I subscribed for around three months and created a large library of custom backing tracks for my videos. The terms also state that music created while you’re a subscriber remains licensed for use even after you cancel, which gave me the confidence to invest the time creating tracks.

I’ve now used these tracks across many videos and have received great feedback on them. When I no longer needed the subscription, I cancelled without any issues at all.

I use both a Mac and an iPhone, and the whole experience was seamless. I’m not sure whether device choice makes any difference, but everything worked exactly as expected for me.

The app is easy to use, the website is great, the features are excellent, and the quality of the music it produces is genuinely impressive. Some of the tracks I’ve generated are far better than I expected from an AI music platform.

As a YouTube creator, I would highly recommend Suno. I genuinely don’t understand many of the negative reviews. Perhaps some people find the interface less intuitive, but I found it straightforward from day one, including the cancellation process.

Excellent product. Highly recommended.

I love Suno and want to keep supporting it. However, my Google Play Pro subscription (June 1, 2026) was never activated due to a webhook error repeatedly acknowledged by support. After 18+ days, I still have no access to v5.5, WAV exports, commercial rights, or other Pro features. Support has been polite and provided credits, but the issue remains unresolved and is affecting active music projects and content publishing.

The future of music is undoubtedly sweeter with Suno

Am a Suno newbie who is flying inside with joy for getting the opportunity to translate my ideas into song. Do not judge my rating because I am new. I am giving this rating based on contextual merit. I nearly unsubscribed from Suno's Pro plan after reading some bleak Trust Pilot reviews.

But the vibe in the reviews I read is in stack contrast to my individual experience.

I sent an email to Suno and within 24 hrs I got a response back. Thats my basis for this review. Merit is deserved based on individual experiences and what that experience is worth

I am glad to say my experience has been impressive, but I also remain mindful that Suno is doing something good and something grand in the world of music which comes with a lot of constraints.

Reviews are a brilliant way of knowing, but in my experience, I have learnt not to make final judgements until I have the valid basis to prove discontent. Keep up the good work Suno. Challenges are part of the process. The future of music is undoubtedly sweeter with Suno.

Great everything but little support

Great music and all, but the support is terrible. It takes like months for the support to email you back. Fr very annoying, otherwise that’s it.

Main thing dropping this to a two star is the lack of support

It was great at first now it’s trash

The app in the beginning was amazing, a Godsend, Digital crack. Not it’s a nightmare where I’m already after a year about to abandon ship. Music creation for me on Suno in my opinion never fails. It just that Suno has racist trolls and in-house artists they protect and let them do whatever they want on the platform and in general chat in discord. I have been attacked out of nowhere so I did and said horrible things but I am a paying customer. Without warning or timeframe they disabled my comments. Suno gave no explanation or timeframe so I think I’m worn out with the platform. It’s a haven for racist white people with token blacks. I have even had aggressive gay people clone my pictures to make me look gay. Very disrespectful site. I mean Facebook doesn’t do what Suno does it’s horrible. I’m transitioning to MusicLab. Suno you were great in the beginning now you’re trying to make me look wrong for defending myself against your racism and gay disrespect.

Unacceptable billing practices and…

Unacceptable billing practices and non-existent customer support
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Suno.First of all, I never signed up for a recurring subscription. I simply wanted to try the service for a single month. However, the following month, I discovered a second unauthorized charge on my card without my permission. To make matters worse, they have now tried to withdraw money a third time for a consecutive third month.I tried everything possible on the Suno website to remove my card details or cancel this hidden subscription, but the options are completely invisible or non-existent. What kind of website makes the most basic user actions so difficult to find? What do they have to hide? The worst part of this entire situation is the absolute lack of communication. I have sent at least 3 emails demanding they stop these unauthorized charges, cancel any active plans on my account, and refund the money stolen for the second month. I have received zero responses. This is a terrible and shady way to treat customers. Avoid giving them your card details.

SUNO can not do duet vocals assignment

SUNO is well known for its great tune generating and musical performance abilities. The main issue I have had ( yes it does not follow prompts consistently at all) is trying to get it to output a duet by following your male and female cues (or older man, younger man etc.). It has a toggle for gender but that has completely failed to enable user control for the fundamental necessity of vocalist--lyric assignment which is essential for some songs. E.g. You'll get the guy singing 'I'm not interested in the other guys" etc. Disaster and a headache because their vocal replacement editing does not give the correct gender option either.

I first subscribed to Suno through…

I first subscribed to Suno through their Google portal. (12/29/2025) I signed up for the Premier plan version and paid my first monthly installment. (Then, $30.00.
I wasn't given the Premier plan, but instead was given the free version.
I emailed Suno support and described my problem. I immediately received a response letting me know everything was being reviewed and that they "Had my back."
I waited several days and didn't get any sort of update.
I grew impatient and cancelled the subscription and decided to at least try the product and see if it was something I could actually use as a songwriter.
I then subscribed again and paid the full yearly price for the Pro Plan version. ($105. 00) January 2026.
I discovered I could use the service to assist me, but I needed the Premier plan version for access to the studio in order for the service to benefit my needs.
At the end of January, I was charged another Payment for the Premier plan version that I never received originally.
I emailed Suno support and was promised that the problem was being reviewed and handled.
I waited and emailed again after a few more days passed.
I was then told by their A.I. agent (here,-to-fore unannounced as such)
That "This sounds like something a human representative should handle.")
I was exasperated!
To make matters worse, and adding insult to injury so to speak, I was charged another $30.00 installment payment for the Premier plan version that I have never received.
I removed the payment method from Google so I wouldn't be charged another Payment in the future. I probably should have done that much earlier, but I trusted that I was going to be helped and that, ("They had my back.")
I emailed Suno support with a "Hail-Mary" solution to my problem.
I still needed and wanted to have the Premier plan version with access to the studio portion of the app.
Thus far, I have paid $90.00 plus taxes for the Premier plan version which I never received access to, and
$105.00 plus taxes for the Pro Plan version. I suggested that they merely apply the $90.00 already paid for the Premier plan version and the $105.00 plus taxes I have paid for the Pro Plan version and combine the monies and grant me access to the Premier plan version, and just let me know when they would have me make another Payment for the Premier plan.
I haven't heard from Suno now for over 2 months in spite of my repeated efforts to contact them.
There support team is in my opinion The worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
They are either seriously understaffed or just plain do not care about their customers.
And, btw, I submitted a claim to Google support to try and recover the money I paid for a service I never received and after what they said was their research into the problem, they responded that this was something their refund policy doesn't cover. What,!!!
Good luck to anyone who needs to get help from either Suno support or Google support because you're going to need it. Thanks for nothing.

Charged for 5 days without Pro access

I have been a paying Suno Pro subscriber and, unfortunately, my recent experience with both billing and customer support has been extremely disappointing.

My subscription renewal was scheduled for May 3. The payment attempt failed because my card was declined. According to multiple messages from Suno Support, my subscription was in a "past due" state and would be "restored to active" once payment was successfully collected. Support also stated that the subscription would "resume" after I updated my payment method.

This description matched my actual experience. Between May 3 and May 8, I did not have access to Pro features. My account functioned as a free-tier account. I could not access Pro-only functionality, could not download WAV files, and could not use the newer Pro models. The platform repeatedly displayed payment failure and renewal notices.

I updated my payment method, and the payment was successfully collected on May 8.

However, the invoice later showed a subscription period of May 3 through June 3, even though I had no effective access to Pro features from May 3 to May 8.

When I questioned this discrepancy, support acknowledged that some of their previous communications were unclear and explicitly stated that the confusion was "on us." Earlier messages had also created a reasonable expectation that my unused Pro credits would remain available once the payment issue was resolved.

Despite this, support ultimately refused any accommodation, refused to adjust the subscription period, and stopped responding to my follow-up inquiries altogether.

What concerns me most is not the value of a few days of subscription time. It is the contradiction between:

* Support describing the subscription as "past due" and requiring restoration after payment;
* The actual lack of access to Pro features before payment was collected;
* And the later position that the subscription period was nevertheless fully active during those same dates.

To make matters worse, after I provided screenshots, invoices, and detailed explanations, I stopped receiving substantive responses. My most recent messages have gone unanswered.

I value Suno's technology and creative tools, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. A company can make mistakes. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. In this case, I felt that legitimate concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.

I hope Suno improves both its billing transparency and its customer support processes so that other users do not encounter the same situation.
