I paid $314 for their premium subscription and three days later, I had been downgraded to the free subscription, with no explanations or refunds. I emailed their support with the invoice attached and have heard nothing. They literally stole $314 from me and will not respond to any emails. This is essentially fraud and I’ll be starting a fraud investigation, via my credit card company, if I don’t get this resolved in the next two days - it’s been 12 days of radio silence from them. Unbelievable poor service. I really enjoyed their product and that’s why I paid for the premium subscription, so it baffles me why they would want to destroy a customer relationship like this.

I used this program for about a week before canceling my subscription and I also deleted my account along with canceling the subscription and it charged the account anyways.
I imagine that this company is making a lot of money by continuing to charge people for services that they are not using.

I upgraded my plan, the money was deducted, but I never received the upgrade. I contacted their support team immediately, yet I have not received even a single response.

I believe both the customer service and the management team may have vanished, so I am here to offer them my deep prayers and condolences. May they rest in peace.

If you run into technical problems, good luck getting them fixed. Creating music already comes with complications, and this platform can cause even more issues in the future. Considering their sleeping and arrogant customer support, I would not recommend this service to anyone, not even 1 percent. Stay far away from Suno AI.

Suno locked me out of my account for 2 weeks. Their support team just ignores you. Then I finally got access for 1 day, then my account, songs and paid credits were all deleted.

Don't waste your money here.

let me tell you , its a very good tool, but what will mae it amazing? if iit could generate the song with the lyrics and the music separated, like the full song music lyrics effects ect and one more genaration the music and the effects only because when i get stems its bad i can here weird sound with the drums and the voice still so im waiting for this upgrade to continue paying premium

I am here because I gave contacted suno support 4 times over 2 weeks and gotten absolutely no help or response ..this statement will be completly honest ... I joined Suno for 1 year, and paid for 1 years pro plan ,for about 3 or 4 weeks I was blown away about the songs I was writing and getting demos back from suno ... then one day while using it I got a banner accross the bottom that my song creation and speed control was disabled ....that was almost a weeks ago... I have contacted support 4 times and received no help or even an expiation ..I've even asked for a refund because it is now useless...the only thing I can think of is that somehow a computer has determined I have done a copyright no no, use used some kind of profanity..which to the best of my knowledge are both untrue and unfounded... the only thing I can think of is I did titlenone song "love of my life" ...which i know has already been cut and released .
Butbi also know that a title in NOT copywritable ...the song had nothing in common anyways... but there is NO way to contact anyone or get a response or fix the issue so I can use Suno ... that's the facts ...now im screwed with no help and no recourse .... I will be reporting to bbb and the trade commision

Funny and entertaining for sure, but you can always say that it's AI no matter what to be honest. I've been creating some songs for my personal use, but... It's still much better to write them proreply

I can't comment on the billing issues people are having, but Suno itself is exceptional. It's created several songs that could probably be touched up / salvaged /rearranged out to be smash hits by a skilled producer.

Prompting can be inconsistent. 1 prompt can create two different outputs but the same goes for chatgpt etc etc.

Suddenly they debited an annual subscription and they don't respond to anything, fraudulent company, lost 300 euros

As everyone knows by now, Suno is a major letdown. The worst part is there is no response from them on this page, and that tells you all there is to know.

From personal experience, my advice is, stay well away from Suno until their humanity comes out of their AI hideaway.

Suno doesn't compensate customers for the commonly occurring loss of service; Suno even tries to deduct more money from payment methods than agreed to.
The support doesn't even bother replying.

I bought one month pro plan, yet they charged me the second month as well. I never subscribed for the yearly plan. Please refund me my money!

Can’t understand why people have given it less than 4 stars. They must be using the free version.

The free version is good for having fun but the sound quality is 3/10. The paid is version 9.9/10 for near-professional grade music.

Suno is a game changer industry-wide. I’ve seen Timbaland messing with it in his studio and he goes crazy for it. Says he uses it as another designer in his studio.

Suno will take what you’ve done and can flip it in directions not thought of. Great as a tool for inspiration.

The better you learn to prompt it, like any LLM or AI, the better your results.

I would say this is a great tool for auditioning different styles, genres, vocals, and a tool for coming up with ideas that would take months to put together. With Suno, it’s a minute.

What I wouldn’t do is rely on Suno for lyric writing. It’s a music creation tool—not a lyric writing tool, currently.

Never used their service, but they are charging my card with subscription. I have no idea how they did that.

Was accidentally opted into a years plan when I only wanted a month. This service is set up in a scammy way.. now they won’t reply to my emails either.. complete scam

Thank god I' only did a month. Now it won't let me log in ironically 2 days after paying for it. DO NOT PURCHASE. Its a scam to get money and not do anything. No wonder yearly is such a discount to encourage payment but you will lose your account after buying

it was ok at the start , what annoys me and reason for 1 star is the lame attempt to stop you from cancelling your suscription by hiding buttons behind UI elements is pathetic , avoid this AI and its cheap low tactics

Gradually gotten worse and worse. So frustrating to use. Subscribers are being used to beta test for bugs and use their own money to do it. I'm out. Cancelling. DONE

​I am a paid Suno subscriber, not AI as one reviewer claimed, nor a bot. I have email exchanges to back up my claims.
​Despite the platform offering clear edit options for the profile name and user handle, I've been unable to change them and have attempted across multiple devices and browsers. While Suno's initial customer support response was swift, their troubleshooting suggestions were ineffective.
​When I reported that the issue persisted, I was immediately ghosted. I've now been waiting for weeks for a reply, even after following up. My ticket was submitted over a month ago. This poor, unreliable, and unresponsive customer service, which seems to be a pattern based on other user reviews, is unacceptable given the cost of the subscription and the fact that I'm trying to use a basic, advertised site function. Soon, there will be many more AI music generating apps available, and consequently more options for people to choose from. Suno is already establishing a bad reputation for customer service. They're a novelty now, but with how fast technology is progressing, they won't be for very long. Once my subscription is up, I will be seeking another option.
