This was my first time renting a car so I wasn't sure what to expect but everything was 10/10. At Faro airport they gave us a beautiful new Dacia which was very clean, easy to drive and made us feel very safe, it also had back and front sensors and a rear camera. The pick-up took less than 10 and drop off less than 3mins. Without a doubt I would book with Sunny Cars again.

We had rented previously from Goldcar and the experience was so bad that I promised myself that I would never again rent a car while on holiday.

Having found Sunnycars with their all inclusive pricing and no credit card requirement was a game changer. Hassle free pick-up and drop off with a shuttle to and from the airport and a lovely clean modern car for the ten days, has restored my faith in rental companies. I will definitely be using Sunny cars again and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The rental was very uncomplicated! We had a great time with the car.

My only frustration is that I didn’t realize you were connected to Hertz. It should have been more clear on receipts and paperwork. We wandered around for an hour before figuring it out. No customer service person knew either. Very stressful. Once we figured it out the rest was very easy.

Everything went smoothly, without wasting time, both, when picking up the vehicle, and when returning the vehicle back. We have received a vehicle with the ordered gearbox, and selected car type. I got a deposit back, which we paid when taking over the vehicle, afther a few days, so you have all the praise from me.

Super easy and clear communication. Finally a worry-free car rental in Malaga.

I had a disappointing experience with this car rental company. I initially booked an Audi Q3 but was given an Audi A3 instead, which offered significantly less space than what I needed. Despite several attempts to contact the company via email, I received no response. To make matters worse, they continued to charge double fees from my bank account without any explanation. The lack of communication and improper charges have left me very frustrated. I expected much better service, especially considering the brand reputation.

We have used Sunnycars multiple times to rent a car in south africa. All inclusive makes it very save to rent a car in a foreign country.
However the rental company differ in what they offer never received the car i booked, always a so called "upgrade". For one it is a upgrade for the other it is not.
fast lane check out is just a name, with the last company i had to write all again.

but this is NOT to blame Sunnycars, which i recommend to all.

Sunny Cars was super transparent all along the way - they also advised not to book any extra insurances as these are also included, plus to pay detailed attention and document the vehicle condition. This turned out important for my rental. I have a very good feeling with this company and will rent from them again.

Rented a car in Malaga with Sunny Cars partner Helle Hollis. Pickup and transport from the airport to the office was smooth, same as bureaucracy in the office. Car was in a very good condition and according to the rental contract. Will for sure use Sunny Cars again!

WOW! I was really nervous, since this was my first time renting a car, plus I’m only 20, so it was difficult to find a company that would let me rent. But Sunny Cars made it so easy! Their website is easy to figure out, it’s hard to miss something as they make the whole process manageable - and the all inclusive is great!

Everything went smoothly in the airport, I paid a little extra because of my age, but I was totally fine with that. The staff was incredibly nice as well, they were smiling and took their time with my friend and I, to make sure that we had gotten all the information. Picking up the car took a total of 15 minutes, which I think is amazing. The car was also perfectly fine - no issues at all. And returning it went just as smoothly, I just popped the key in the box and went ahead with my day - got my deposit back a couple days later.

I can definitely recommend using Sunny Cars, they made everything so easy and made sure that the car rental could go as smoothly as possible, and thanks to them, my vacation was completely stress-free :)

We had a peace of mind because of the fully-covered car insurance and no need for deposit. Sunnycars user help was great, they even changed pickup and dropoff time because our flight times changed.

Easy and economical way to rent a car.

It was the second time that we rent a car from "sunny cars". The first one was in Krakow airport in Poland (we got the car from "Unicars" )and this time in Frankfurt airport ( we got the car from Enterprise). Everything was great. Both times we got a better car than the one we had booked.The only complain I have is from the company Enterprise. When returnig the car, before our flight, unfortunately we didnt have time to put benzin in the car before returning it at the airport due to the heavy traffic jam and the great delay we had in the autobahn because of a car accident that had happened. They charged us 4,5 euro/litre (!!!!) for the benzin, although I explained them that this was not our fault. I asked for a better price pro liter, but they refused to reduce it.

This was the first time we booked with Sunny Cars and it was a great experience. Easy to use website with all the information you need. Everything went well from booking the car to returning it. Very friendly service at the Hertz counter at Frankfurt airport.
