We had a good experience with Sunny Cars. During our trip, we wanted an upgrad to a model with more clearance, we extended the rental, and turned the car in at another drop-off than originally planned. All without any problem and with great flexibility.

Experience could be improved
I had to wait a long time for the vehicle to be delivered. The trunk tray was missing, so all the luggage inside was visible, which posed the risk of someone breaking into the car to steal the suitcases during a parking stop.

Everything worked out great, pickup and drop off were very convenient, close to the airport, car was as requested, in good condition and ably took on the somewhat extreme roads of Madeira.
Staff were patient and polite.
