they are not truthful and they are greedy, After i booked tour just before i was going to pay they put up the price. Very bad company, stay away.
Also they do not refund money no matter what happens.
They have everything on their terms and nothing for the customers.
What is the point of getting a quote and when time to pay you raise the price. That is what you do and accept the truth.
Once again you have got it wrong, i was never advised that the quote was for 5 days, maybe it is in the fine print which no one reads and that is how you people operate just like you use the word ,FROM with your prices.

I’d like to address your concerns once again, as we have already clarified these points before, and your statements are not accurate.
1. When you inquired in January — three months ago — we provided a quote valid for five days. You chose to book two months later, in March, by which time the exchange rate had shifted significantly. Despite this, we applied only a minimal 3% adjustment, far lower than the actual currency fluctuation.
It’s important to note that this was our first price adjustment in over two years. This was not "greedy," but a necessary and modest update across all our products, dictated by external market conditions.
At that stage, you had not yet booked the tour but elected to proceed with full knowledge of the revised price.
2. Your claim about refunds is also inaccurate. Our refund policy aligns with standard industry practices — deposits become non-refundable only after payment is made.
In your case, no deposit had even been charged yet, despite our team investing hours of work and handling 33 touch points related to your booking, including communication with you, our overseas tour suppliers, hotels, and transfer operators.
Additionally, as per our policy, any remaining balance is refundable if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before departure. You were also advised to purchase travel insurance, which we always recommend when booking travel.
We have been fully transparent and fair with our pricing and policies. While we understand that cost changes can be frustrating, we have been upfront about all terms from the beginning.

Don't using the online booking option
Don't using the online booking option, had a quote selected 'book' within the quote time frame and the system accepted it. Later was called and told the online system doesn't work very well and didn't populate through to the cruise team and they had no cabin for me, ended up being $500 more expensive because I had to upgrade to the next level of cabin because of their bad system.

Thank you for your feedback. The cabin you booked was on request, and once submitted, its status changed to "confirmation pending." The need to upgrade to the next cabin level was due to your requested cabin type being unavailable, rather than an issue with the system.
A request was sent to the cruise line on the same day to confirm the cabin, so the system functioned as intended. However, you are correct that no additional follow-up was sent to our cruise team to check with the cruise company.
As the system is still in its beta phase, launched just last month, we are actively incorporating feedback to enhance its functionality. Based on your input, we have already updated the system to notify our cruise team of any booking requests, amendments, or cancellations. This ensures that if a cruise company does not respond within 24 hours, we can proactively follow up.
I hope this clarifies your concern, and I truly appreciate your feedback in helping us improve our processes.

Spain
We recently completed a tour through Sun Island Tours in Spain. From the outset the organization was very ordinary. Sun Island Tours contract VPT who actually provide the bus and tour guide. The bus was near capacity at 66 plus my wife and I. This added to logistical difficulties at rest stops, plus our guide was the last to the bus regularly and provided very poor communication. The standard of accommodation for the first week was well below expectations. These and other issues were raised with Sun Island Tours who did not want to know or try and improve what was taking place. There attitude was it is VPT’s matter not ours.
We would not recommend Sun Island Tours under any circumstances, they are only interested in taking your money and not in providing value for money or an enjoyable experience. There are much better alternative companies that provide tours throughout Spain.

Very disappointing cruise of Dalmatian Coast
We booked a small boat cruise from Split to Dubrovnik (Croatia) with Sun Island Tours for September. Our dealings with them before the cruise was good. The cruise was very expensive - over $10,000 for 2 people for 7 days, and was advertised as "deluxe". We were very disappointed in the tour on MS Adriatica. Despite several emails expressing our concerns, complaints and disappointments about the cabin, the crew, changes to itinerary and food, their replies were dismissive and made light of our issues. We can't review that actual tour so we are providing this feedback. Do NOT book a Croatian tour through this company as their provider is inadequate and the trip of our lifetime was very disappointing, despite the beauty of Croatia.

I am disappointed to see your review.
As advised on the phone and after multiple emails and time spent on your group your itinerary would not work in the order of which you have given me. You were spending 2 nights in Rome, then 1 night in Cyprus, then 4 nights in Malta and then return to Cyprus before travelling to Greece. You also included over 10 destinations in Turkey over 2 days which was not possible. I suggested that I can look at it in depth for you, and offer you expert advice from organising these groups for over 20 years, but in order to do so we needed an clear itinerary and a suggested budget and star rating, of which you did not want to provide. Without this, I was unable to reach out to the service providers and hotels. In fact, without knowing whether your group wanted 2 star accommodation or 5 star accommodation, we couldnt even reach out to hotels.
I did estimate around AUD 500 per person per day based on previous religious group quotes. But if you were able to source a private tour of Italy, Malta, Cyprus, Greece and Turkey for over 25 days for only AUD 200 per day, I would be extremely concerned that you wouldnt be getting all services included. This would be accommodation, tours, transfers with a private coach, entrance fees, hotel tax, private escort and local guides. You also wanted breakfast and dinner included for this price.
I wish you the best. But without any clear direction for your group, we were unable to quote.
