Booked to fly to Antalya on line very easy to do the flight was from Leeds Bradford Airport.
This is the second time I have used Sun Express and I’m very impressed with the company.
The flight attendants were very pleasant and helpful great service.

SunExpres as airline and available trips especially to Turkey is fine.
Book a flight in the app and online is a hazzle after login.
After 3 attempts and faults at the end of the booking process or even after payment is accepted. The booked flight crashes in the booking programm. I had this also with previous bookings. So the stability of the booking process is not functioning quite well.
No charging points on the plane. Staff very slow to serve

Very bad airline. This has happened to me multiple times.
The first time, they cancelled the flight and only informed me two days before departure.
The second time, they forced us to arrange a self-transfer in Turkey even though the ticket was sold as a transit journey.
Now for the third time, they cancelled their summer flights to my destination, and I’m forced to book another ticket at triple the price.
DO NOT BOOK WITH SunExpress. You may end up in serious trouble and paying much more in the end.

SunExpress just deliver. Flight on time or early. Aircraft clean. Staff always welcoming and attentive. Best value for money for flights to Turkey. Flight timings could be better but you get what you pay for so there's always a compromise.
I would not hesitate to recommend SunExpress, I have flown with them a few times and have never had any problems.

Didn’t have a problem with this airline from booking seats, checking in and the flight was very comfortable. The airline crew were very polite and helpful.
Only gripe we had was the cabin was very hot on our outbound flight and my personal air vent didn’t give out any cool air. Don’t know if all the air con were like that. Didn’t have a problem on the inward flight at all, air con worked perfectly.
Can't use online check in . System just crashes or freezes . Avoid using this airline . Go with the others even if they are slightly more expensive

Everything was ok, you need only to know that there is no free service on board, you have to pay for it. That's ok. It was only a short flight, but inspite of that a small free water bottle would be nice.
Flight left on time and arrived early. Flight attendants were very courteous and helpful. Had a great flight

Hotel was lovely but the hotel hairdressers are con merchants hotel was let down by this
unable to buy drinks as your card machines cant take apple pay or google pay and we tried 4 cards between debit and credit to get one to work. And your staff are slow, lazy and uninterested and blamed the banks absolute nonsense to blame the banks its your tech! also it must be againsted the law to charge more for the same item if you pay with cash! disgusting airline

It would be more helpful if online check-in could be done EARLIER than 36 hours before the flight. I would like your process to mirror another airline and allow 4 weeks.
On the flight one cabin attendant did not know how to raise the arm rest on the 737. I showed the fellow customer how to do it. The cabin temperature was uncomfortably high causing some customers to use the safety card as a fan, and some small children were taking off their shirts. The cabin staff should be trained to recognise these signs of passenger discomfort and act accordingly. When I commented on the cabin temperature I was told I should have raised the issue with the cabin staff during the flight - but I am only 1 customer out of about 150! Next time I will raise it!
Additionally, the in flight PA announcement from the captain and flight attendants were so ‘unobtrusive’ as to be almost unnoticeable and therefore went ignored by many passengers.
Concerning my SunExpress flight between Antalya and Zurich, Online check-in was virtually impossible. Refusal to checkin my cabin luggage during the boarding process despite my allowance. Exorbitant 80€ fine for cabin baggage exceeding the ridiculous 8kg limit.
Regarding my SWISS Airlines connecting flight between Zurich and Lisbon, please note that the boarding staff asked me to allow my cabin baggage to be placed in the hold for operational reasons and retrieved from the baggage carousel in Lisbon, without charge or penalty. I therefore strongly dispute SWISS and SunExpress customer service reasoning.
SunExpress NEVER AGAIN. TOTAL AND DEFINITIVE BOYCOTT.
Shame on Lufthansa and Swiss for partnering with this unscrupulous and low quality airline.

We paid for seats and priority boarding and luggage and had to wait for most of the luggage to come out before ours so why pay for the priority
On time, no problems at all.. Booking easy.. I was confused by the fact they asked for a I think it was visa number but it turned out to be your passport number, although I had already put the passport number in.. That was a bit confusing I admit..

I am writing this out of sheer frustration as this is not the first time I’ve faced this issue with SunExpress. I am traveling with my 2-year-old son, and once again, the system automatically assigned us seats in completely different rows.
What is the point of entering the child’s age during the booking process if the algorithm is going to separate a toddler from their parent? It is a basic human and safety requirement for a small child to sit next to their guardian.
Here is the summary of my experience:
The "Pay-to-Sit-Together" Trap: After spending a long time trying to reach customer service, I was told that the only way to sit with my child was to pay an extra fee for seat selection. This feels like a forced upsell for a basic necessity.
Repeated Failure: Even after canceling the online check-in and trying again as suggested, the system assigned separate seats once more.
Zero Improvement: I have filed multiple complaints over the past year, but nothing has changed.
Stressful Experience: Now, I have to go to the check-in counter and hope for a solution, or worse, "beg" other passengers to swap seats on the plane. Traveling with a child is challenging enough without SunExpress making it unnecessarily stressful.
I strongly advise families to be cautious. It’s disheartening to see such a fundamental human situation being ignored for the sake of extra seat fees. I do not recommend this airline for families.
