The worst experience ever they gave us a hotel with uneatable food and didn't want to do anything about it didn't even help os a little bit worst company ever never travel with suncharter nothing can be worse
Our trip to Zakynthos is one of our favourites. The fact that Sun Charter sold a package with all inclusive plus we could order transport to and from the hotel made us not hesitate to order. The period when we went there was perfect, warm but not like unbearable. Hotel was very nice, clean, staff was always clearing tables, making the food stay presentable to the last bite. SunCharter staff came with a very nice and brief presentation of the island and it's destinations. They were very good to communicate with and provided us with informations when needed. All in all very good trip with no worries at all about anything.

Booked the trip the day before departure, therefore could not reserve seats on the plane for us but called them and they did it for us at no cost. had also paid for insurance against an increase in fuel which they sent back to me as it was unnecessary they said. super nice and helpful employees. good information and seat guides at the destination.

All were working very well, by booking, good service nice staff, one problem, is the space in the plane, this is to crowded, and for normal sizes person, this is a nightmare, with the small seat with to less space for you leeks, all others were good, guides are very positive all the way true a weeks holiday at Crete.
