Sunbright Energy are the most efficient and helpful company I have ever dealt with. The work was completed within about 5 weeks of my contacting the company, far faster than I had imagined. The panels look good, blend in well with the roof, and are producing power even when it's raining! I am delighted with how much they generate although we are now just past the equinox. Oliver in the office has answered all my queries (I had a lot, as this technology is very new to me), incredibly fast and in a friendly manner. The installation was completed within a day, both the roof team and the cabling team were efficient, competent, cleared all mess and were pleasant to have around. It has somewhat unexpectedly made me feel very happy, to know all my energy is coming directly from the sun, and a significant amount is being fed back to the grid.

We had an installation last January. Ever since, it has worked perfectly. Today, I noticed the on-line reporting application was not working. An email to Oliver and some resetting of equipment and it was resolved within 20 minutes. Brilliant response and service. Highly recommended company.

We had no problems with the pre-sales and the installation. We have also had calls following the install to check everything is okay.

We had real issues deciding which installation company to use. Many only sent a salesman who had little knowledge of the product or blinded us with science.

Sunbright did the whole pre-sales discussion over the phone and online but when we had concerns they, “Oliver” was very patient and answered all our questions.

On the day of installation the guys were on time, and worked until the work was completed even in the pouring rain.

I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience. Sunbright Energy Ltd originally installed my solar panels and I was looking to get a battery tried others got no response or promises to return phone call which never materialised. Found my paperwork for the panels and made an inquiry, was contacted the next day by Oliver who had all the info from the panel install to hand, talked through my options and gave great advise. Installation was carried out efficiently without any fuss or bother. They just got on with fitting the equipment in, in the tight space available. Would highly recommend them on my experience

Oliver was always on hand to answer questions, even after I’d paid in full (not just once either, I’ve had to enquire about things many times and he’s always responded quickly, even on weekends). The installers were all friendly fellas.

The pre-sale experience was good, with plenty of information, clear quotes, and no pressure. Installation was painless: The friendly crew showed up and finished as promised, explained everything, and left no mess. After-sale service has been exceptional: On the two or three occasion when I've had questions or needed help, Oliver has been super responsive, friendly and helpful.

Oliver's pre-sales response was quick, comprehensive & technically impressive. An efficient installation team all working together in a disciplined team overcame predictable teething problems. Expensive....but worth it! Post-sales service is where Oliver really scores outstandingly. Always answers the phone; always follows-up queries. Truly five star.

We had solar panels and system installed by Sunbright Energy Ltd, which was recommended to us via facebook. We found Oliver Crouch (the director) to be extremely efficient and friendly and approachable. we had initial email correspondence and subsequent conversations. We received the quote within days (in stark comparison to other companies) and cost was comparable to other providers. Once we agreed to go ahead with the project, the work including scaffolding was completed within days and without delays. What I would give a 5 star plus review is how quick Oliver answers any of our queries and e mails. We are very happy with the work done and have already recommended the company to our friends and neighbours.

Oliver took time to understand our requirements and come back promptly with a solution. The process of installation of panels, inverter, battery etc, was handled efficiently. Really great to see the system up and running generating power for us.

I would like to give the company 4 and 3/4 stars . They were most helpful, reliable and efficient in installing my solar panels. I am very pleased with them. The work men were very friendly and answered all my questions, however stupid they were.
The only minor fault was the fact that they left all the packing etc. to be put in my recycling and refuse bins and I had to sort that out.

Oliver was responsive answering my queries through the pricing stage, then within a matter of weeks arrived and completed the installation. Since then the system has remains working and Oliver has provided good advice on how the system works, best tariffs etc. Oliver always returns calls. Thanks

A very positive experience with Sunbright Energy.
Knowledgeable, efficient and super helpful. I wanted a solar system which would have potential to provide an reliable back up system in the event of grid power failure.Of all the companies I approached, sunbright were the only one to give me confidence they could reliably provide this, and they delivered competently, with a firm grasp of regulatory requirement.
All works completed on time, by very pleasant skilled contractors. Over all i have been most impressed by the follow up support, small queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, after sales being something that many other companies fall down on, but not sunbright. 6 months in and System working well with no issues. Highly recommended.
