Games are good and everything was going fine but they just banned my account for no reason and now they're not answering my emails been ignoring me for ages

Like many other bookies who think the rules dont apply to them; Sun Bingo will let you register and deposit without any ID checks but will then start making demands if you try to withdraw.

This is against rules of the Gambling Commission and CMA.

If they think these rules dont apply to them.. what other rules are they breaking?

Terrible for payouts and not to mention the constant repeats winners 😂. Utter shambles of a site! I typically play in Mystic Meg most days and no matter what time of the day I play it is ALWAYS the same people who win continously no matter how many people are in the room, take today for example I went on to play around 3pm and the usual repeat winners popped up "Collin13, Canary Funds, RominsNan" as they do every day, I logged out after not winning yet again and popped back on after 11pm hoping my "luck" (as the CM would say) had changes, but nope...my first game on you would never believe who won? Yep you guessed it "Collin13" and few games after "Canary Funds" when funnily enough I was waiting on 1tg for 10 calls and he was the one to get the win, ofc he was🤔. Randomly generated? I think not 😂 don't know who they're trying to kid claiming this is random for the same people to win that much every single day no matter the time of day, morning, noon and night it is nothing but repeats! Same goes for Candy Room, 10p for 1 ticket to play in that room and always repeat winners 🤷🏼‍♀️.
Something definitely not right with this site, rigged beyond belief but as others have stated, if you claim this to be true then you get told off like your a 2 year old child and get threatened to have your chat restricted 😂. Needs looked into, especially the Mystic Meg Bingo as I have spent a pretty penny over the last month or so without 1 win but yet same people day in and day out winning...more than likely bots🙈, without a doubt! Absolutely disgusting and completely unfair on the regular, REAL players! Sort it out sun! 😡. DISGUSTING.

Used this website for a short while and it had repeat winners, i got a new phone then I forgot my login and went to sign up, tried 3 times with different emails now and each time it blocks my account as I click join.
Customer service are horrendous and didn’t even look into it and permanently closed my account as a final decision with no change in the future.

Just watch for a day before you commit see how many repeat winners it’s not normal

Awful website. I deposited £10 and received 50 free spins which i used and 'won' £4.27 however, you have to wager this win 30 times within 48hrs so complete waste of time. I didn't receive the £50 bingo bonus despite spending my first £10 deposit (plus the bogus slots win) on bingo....don't fall for it even when it comes up on 'best bingo sites' searches!

I’m not one for reviewing but Sun Bingo has shocked me. If I had of looked up the reviews on here first then I’d never of signed up, but I’m glad I didn’t see these reviews. There is an awful lot of bad reviews, which I get, I’m no rookie when it comes to gambling and having big losses but on this occasion I’ve signed up, deposited £300 over 3 transactions and an hour later setting up a withdrawal for £4500 from the slots side. I did play some bingo with a couple of wins but these were only small wins, would take a good few years to see a return. Having played some slots and not seeing the usual “dead spins” I decided it was time and headed for the withdrawal page thinking I was in for a barrage of document requests. I applied for the withdrawal and got an email saying it was pending. 20 minutes after that another email to say it was processed, and 20 minutes after that I had the funds in my bank account. I am used to this process taking days and days and the simplicity and speed of this has left me shell shocked.
I haven’t had any dealings with any staff, so I can’t comment on that but overall what a great experience. Good luck guys!

I loaded up my account initially on a VIRTUAL revolut card, never thought there would be an issue till they said I need to verify my card. Well it isn’t a physical card and so after many emails back and forth annd trying to prove I own the account but there isn’t a card, they either was not understanding or just making it difficult to withdraw my winnings, we are stuck in a stalemate. Nothing they can do! Disgusting customer service / lack of understanding and empathy and therefore left me with no option but to close the account. My winnings lost.

Sun bingo set lower deposit limit than I had set, without warning. I got email that lower limit was set on spot. I wasn't contacted or warned in advance.

Joined a month ago but gave it a couple of quid a few days ago. Bingo isn't the best like other people say it is always the same people winning. The slots are okay only had one bonus over 4 or 5 and it paid minimal but still wasn't really down.
