Needed discount to post a roommate ad in Sulekha
I needed to post an advert in Sulekha and I do this frequently. But of late, Sulekha has increased it's rate. It feels a burden to pay around a $100 to post an ad which was like $30 4 years back around. I needed help from customer care team to help me with some decent discount and Gayathri SS from Sulekha has helped me on this. She was generous enough. I appreciate all her help! Thank you Gayathri!

Gayathri helped me with my ad renewal. I could not do it ony own. I have dealt with Gayathri before and she had always been patient and extremely helpful.

Absolutely excellent customer service!
I just finished speaking to Gayathri Devi from Sulekha, this afternoon. I must commend Ms Devi for the quality of service that she rendered me. Ms Devi is highly knowledgeable, polite, friendly and very professional. My interaction with Ms Gayathri was extremely pleasant, she not only answered all questions presented but also offered to do an edit/correction of the ad I placed on Sulekha. I am favorably impressed by the high quality of customer service extended by Ms Devi.
