My experience with this company has been one of the most disappointing I have had in a long time. I have dealt with many online companies over the years, including some very large and well-known businesses, so I know what professional customer service should look like. I will not compare or mention other companies by name because this review is about my own experience here.
I contacted the support team many times hoping someone would take my concerns seriously. Unfortunately, I never received a meaningful response or any real attempt to resolve my issue. Every time I reached out, I expected at least some communication, even if the solution took time. Instead, I was left waiting with no clear answers, no updates, and no confidence that anyone was actually looking into my case.
The biggest disappointment was not only the financial loss but also the complete lack of customer care afterward. When customers invest their money into a service, they deserve honest communication, transparency, and timely support. In my case, I experienced none of those things. Being ignored after raising legitimate concerns is incredibly frustrating and leaves a very negative impression.
After reading other customer reviews, I noticed that several people describe concerns that sound similar to mine. I can only speak about my own experience, but seeing those reviews made me feel that I was not alone in facing these kinds of problems. That is why I decided to share my experience publicly.
I am not writing this review to attack the company. I am writing it because I genuinely hope they take customer concerns more seriously and improve the way they communicate with people who trust them with their money. Good businesses respond to problems instead of leaving customers without answers.
If someone from the company reads this review, I would still welcome the opportunity to discuss my case and reach a fair resolution. I would much rather update this review after seeing a genuine effort to help than leave it as a permanent negative experience.
Until that happens, I cannot recommend this service based on what I personally went through. I encourage anyone considering this company to research carefully, read reviews from both satisfied and dissatisfied customers, and make an informed decision before spending their money.
