I ordered a few plants from Lukas at Hojny, they never arrived after over two months of waiting. I’m in the US and the plants were held up in customs for 11 days and never made it to my home. I went to two USPS stations and they had no indication that the package was ever delivered. When I inquired directly with Lukas he indicated that they would not a refund if the package was attempted to be delivered, but I never got any notice from USPS. I again asked for a refund and was told by Lukas they do not issue refunds and that he could resend the plants, but he never followed through. This company does not have the capability to ship to the US within a normal timeframe and should not be ordered from. I still have no refund and no plants, this company is a scam!!! I’m out over a hundred dollars and have nothing to show for it, do not order from them!!!

I bought the plants on July 17th and I received them on August 5th. I asked the seller and they said that they delayed the delivery because they didn't have the packaging materials. Ok, I accepted their explanation. But when I received the plants, I was shocked! They looked in such bad condition. The plants almost had no roots. They looked like branches cut from the tree, dry and lifeless. I didn't think they would survive. I spent more than $1,200 on these plants. And I got such bad plants? I have bought many plants from different countries, but never such bad plants. I feel I have been cheated.

Same issue day 6 from order no plants and no response to messages won't be ordering from them again...hopefully they will arrive at some point but terrible service....not recommended.

Update 1/8/23...finally arrived on day 12.. had an email 3 days earlier stating they were having internet installed so couldn't access orders.. disappointing selection in comparison to product image. Won't be using again

Ordered plants 14th October, now 21st October and no plants received and no answers received to my emails. Even if these eventually turn up, I am never ordering again from these people as it is too stressful. Finally arrived 24th October, plants are lovely and well packed but I will still avoid in future due to the.lack of communication and all the stress.

[UPDATES] After 5 days I have received the package. All the leaf cuttings seem decent. But they could really improve in their customer communication part.

I have made an order and payment on 25 March, and there is no response at all from the website to confirm my purchase and my shipment. According to the website, items will be shipped within 3 days, it is 4th day now and I dont even get any communication from them. I managed to find a Royal mail tracking number in my account created in the website, but when I used it on Royal Mail website, the tracking number is invalid. And what makes thing worse is that the status of my order shown in my account as "Complete".
I DM-ed them in their instagram, there was no response as well.

I have a feeling that it is a scam.
I will update again if I finally get my plants.
