Was told I’d get a refund for the return postage costs for the wrong battery they sent me. They didn’t refund and ignore all calls emails and messages. AVOID!

I ordered a replacement battery

I ordered a replacement battery for my vacuum. It was initially sent via GLS but got stuck at customs. I contacted Subtel and they immediately sent anthother battery via Correos and it arrived after 2 weeks. It fits my Dyson vacuum perfectly.

Orders not received

I ordered a V7 replacement battery for a cordless Dyson vacuum cleaner on 2 occasions. Neither have been received by me despite notification that they would be delivered within a few days. The first order was to my home address and the second to my business address which is open 7 days a week. I contacted Subtel and they refunded the money immediately. Perhaps the issue is with the delivery company.

Good experience, good customer service. I put only 4* instead 5* because I received the order on 20.02.2024 while the purchase was made on 03.02.2024. Also the shipment is without tracking number, so you cannot follow it.

Replacement of a missed packaged

Ordered 2 batteries and they won't…

Ordered 2 batteries and they won't arrive, I've been waiting more than 2 weeks.this is not good, especially if you need the material for work.
If I knew , I wouldn't have bought anything at all from them . I already wrote 3 emails to the customer service for the order cancellation and refund, they don't seem to cooperate. Bad bad.
