My first order from Subbytech was just the charging cables to replace the rubbish apple ones that come with the phone. What a big improvement in quality, they feel so much better and longer as well. I highly recommend if you need new cables get in touch, quick delivery and just nice people. Also recommend the Clix cables such a game changer for me where I always find cables falling out in the car.

Didn’t have a attachment for Android phone but other than that I was very happy with the phone cords.

The Subbytech website was easy to navigate and had loads of useful information. I wanted a multi charger with a fast charge port and found what I was looking for. I received great customer service from the moment I placed my order and wow did it arrive quickly!! Well packed with everything I needed. The charger works well and looks good.

I have to say I really liked the shipping label. I know that's an odd one but I managed to pull it off in one piece and proudly display how fantastic I am.

I haven’t tried the data transfer yet but but I use it in my van and another at night. It makes it so easy to slot my phone in its cradle in the van without having to worry about ‘plugging in’ as well

I really like the cables and the live stream mount. But holy cow, the customer service went several steps beyond normal expectations. I messed up the original order so Stubbytech, which meant the cabled travelled to Canada, ended up at an address nowhere near where I am, and then Canada Post sent the package back. In the end, Stubbytech scoured the internet to find me, and reached out to confirm I was the person who had ordered the cables. Anyone else would have just shrugged and waited for the customer to ask what had happened. I so appreciate that extra effort, and the pleasant email exchange subsequently with Paul. They were forgiving of my mistake, and we worked out a solution that got me the cables I didn't even know I wanted, in the end! That's one customer service that will serve as the gold standard I will measure every other transaction against, going forward!
