Great merch and amy great cust svc rep

I love this website primarily because of variety, quality of the merch,and most importantly Amy in cust svc. Anytime I have an issue she resolves it promptly,professionally and in a courteous,friendly manner.

Flag is gorgeous

Flag is gorgeous! I was freaking out at first, because right after I got my tracking number it said the label for it was cancelled...then I got online and saw all the negative reviews, LOL!. After days of not hearing back from anyone, I finally got an email explaining they were still looking for item in the warehouse. A few days later I got an email explaining they finally found one in stock and shipped it out. Item came very quickly after, and was packed in a very sturdy packing tube. I was left very impressed over all. Will definitely shop here again, as they have many beautiful collectible items that you can't find in stock anywhere else. Thank you!
